Login into the Web-GUI Open the web browser and enter in the address bar the IP address of the idor Mobile Server. This will open the login page. Default login information: Username: admin Password: idormobile After successful login the Web-GUI is shown: idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 3

Network Settings Select the tab Network Note: Upon delivery the idor Mobile Server is set to DHCP. A Static IP Address has to be assigned to the idor Mobile Server for proper operation. The current network settings are being determined during startup then displayed. They can be adopted up until the IP Address. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 4

Set Static IP Address As an example the Server is configured to IP Address 192.168.80.244. WAN Address: Public WAN IP Address or DNS Name. Use DHCP: DHCP on / off IP Address: IP Address of the idor Mobile Server Subnet Mask: Network Subnet Mask. Gateway Address: IP Address of the Gateway / Router. DNS Server: IP Address of the DNS Server, usually the IP Address of the Gateway / Router. DNS Server 2: IP Address of the 2nd DNS Server (optional). If there is no 2nd DNS Server please enter 0.0.0.0. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 5

After making the changes click save to save the changes. The settings are stored in the database. To apply these settings into the system settings go to the Control page. Click To Control or the tab Control to access the Control page. Click Restart Network. The network settings are reconfigured and initialized. Note: The Server is now available at the new IP Address. Apartments An apartment defines a unit which is being called from the door intercom station. Each apartment can have one or more ios /Android devices which are being called from the door intercom station simultaneously. Add an Apartment In the tab Apartments click New Apartment. Number: Number of apartment. Name: Name of the apartment. Caller Number: Call number among which the apartment is reachable when door call is initiated. Edit an Apartment Click tab Apartments. All available apartments are listed. Click edit to enter the edit page. Delete an Apartment Click tab Apartments. All available apartments are listed. Click delete to delete this apartment. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 9

SIP Accounts A SIP Account defines the credentials of an ios /Android device. The number of SIP Accounts per apartment is not limited. Create a SIP Account Open the edit page under the tab Apartments and click Add SIP Account. The edit page of the new SIP Account is displayed. Name: Name of the SIP Account. Username: SIP username. Authname: SIP Authentication name. Password: SIP Password. Device Type: Type of ios / Android device After entering the information click save to save the settings. After saving, click back to reach the edit page of the Apartment. Note: To apply these settings into the system settings go to the Control page. Edit a SIP Account Open the edit page of the Apartment tab under SIP Accounts click edit to edit the SIP account. Note: To apply these settings into the system settings go to the Control page. Click on Reload Phone Server Delete a SIP Account Open the edit page of the Apartment and under SIP Accounts click delete to delete the SIP account. Call Routings Call Routing determines which ios /Android devices are being called from the door intercom station. Examples: The smartphones Fred and Wilma are called in parallel. The ring time is 30 seconds. Smartphone Fred is being called. The ring time is 30 seconds. If Fred doesn t answer or smartphone Fred can not be reached, smartphone Wilma is called. Door Modules A door module is a SIP door station which can be registered to the idor Mobile Server. One or more door modules can be configured. Add a Door Module In the tab Door Modules click New Door Module. The edit page Door Modules is displayed. Name: Name of the door module. Username: SIP Username. Authname: SIP Authentication name. Password: SIP Password. Location: Location of the door module. Device Type: Type of door module. After entering the information click save to save the settings. After saving click back to reach the edit page Door Modules. Note: To apply these settings into the system settings go to the Control page. Edit a Door Module Open the tab Door Modules. All available door modules are listed. Click edit to open the edit page of the door module. Router and Networking Setup for 4g/LTE The following ports need to be forwarded for the idor Mobile call to connect outside the network: 1. Port 5060 TCP forwarded to Local IP of the idor Server. 2. Port Range 5070-5090 UDP forwarded to Local IP of idor Server. Common Port Forwarding issues The TCP port is used for registration. If your app always say Offline this could be the reason. Port range 5070-5090 UDP is the RTP ports for Voice communication. If the app rings but there is no voice, these ports have to be checked. If you are still having connection issues or voice issue, please check the router settings for SIP Inspection or TCP inspection and disable it. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 16

Troubleshooting Network settings misconfigured. System is no longer reachable If the network settings have been set wrong so the idor Mobile Server is no longer reachable, the network settings can be reset to DHCP as follows: 1. Shut the idor Mobile server down. Disconnect the power supply. 2. Set Jumper on position 5 of the socket board. See image. 3. Connect the power supply. The idor Mobile server is booting up and sets the network settings to DHCP automatically. This can take approx. 2-3 minutes. After that the idor Mobile Server shuts down automatically. The server is shut down and in addition to the network jack LED, only the red LED lights up. 4. Remove the jumper and turn ON the system by plugging in the power supply. The idor Mobile server is now reachable via the IP address assigned by the DHCP Server. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 17

Cisco SPA112 DoorModule Setup Put the IP address of the Cisco SPA112 into any browser. Username: admin Password: admin You will need to have created a DoorModule in the idor Mobile Server to continue, see page 13. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 18

After Logging in, click on Voice at the top, then Line 1 on the left. It will bring you to these settings. Proxy and Registration Proxy: put the local IP of the idor Mobile Server in the field. Subscriber Information Dial Plan User ID: User ID created in the idor Mobile Server under DoorModule. Password: Password created in the idor Mobile Server under DoorModule. Use Auth ID: Set this to yes Auth ID: AuthID created in the idor Mobile Server under DoorModule. Dial Plan: Delete all that is in the field and put xxx without quotations. After all information is entered into Line 1 please scroll to bottom and click Submit to apply and save settings. *Note: Sometimes this unit may need to be rebooted after settings are changed, go to administration and select reboot. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 19

Linksys SPA3102 PSTN Rollover Setup New page PSTN Line Use-PSTN: enable / disable PSTN Line Name: Name of the PSTN Line. Username: SIP Username Authname: SIP Authname Password: SIP Password Location: Location of the Linksys SPA3102 To save the changes in the database press the save button. Important: After save, the system files must be written. Go to Control page and click the Reload Phone Server button. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 20

Setting up the SPA3102 Connect the SPA 3102 to your network (Port Ethernet). The SPA 3102 will get a ip address from your DHCP server. 1. Browse to http://spa-ip-address and click Admin Login and advanced. 2. Change to Voice > PSTN Line. 3. In Field Proxy type in the IP address of the idor Mobile Server. 4. In Field Outbound Proxy type in the IP address of the idor Mobile Server. 5. Set Use Outbound Proxy to yes. 6. Set Register Expires to 1800. 7. In Field Display Name type in the Username of Field User Name (defined on the idor Mobile Server). 8. In Field User ID type in the Username of Field User Name (defined on the idor Mobile Server). 9. In Field Password type in the Password of Field Password (defined on the idor Mobile Server). 10. Set Use Auth ID to yes. 11. In Field Auth ID type in the Authname of Field Auth Name (defined on the idor Mobile Server). 12. Press Submit all changes. Configure Apartment Call Routing for call to external number 1. Open the Apartment Edit Page. 2. Add a new Call Routing Entry. Set Priority to the next level. Set Ring time to 60 (seconds). Type in the external Number in Field Sip Accounts. Click the button save. Result: idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 22

IPCV idor Mobile Entry Network Settings Use the IP address of the IPCV SIP Speaker to log into it through the browser, default IP is 192.168.1.200. Username: admin Password: 1234 Once the GUI pops up, Click on SIP Setup. Please change the IP settings to correspond to the LAN and click save. IPCV idor Mobile Entry SIP Settings Under the SIP Settings Tab SIP registration: yes SIP Server: Local IP address of the idor Mobile Server SIP Server port: 5060 SIP Domain: Again, the Local IP address of the idor Mobile Server SIP Server as Outbound Proxy: no Use DNS SRV: no SIP User ID: User ID created in the idor Mobile Server under DoorModule SIP authentication ID: Auth ID created in the idor Mobile Server under DoorModule SIP authentication PIN: Password created in the idor Mobile Server under DoorModule Username: Leave Blank idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 24

Axis Video Encoder M7001 Setup Put the IP address of the encoder into any web browser. Username: root Password: root After logging into the encoder, go to settings. Under User Settings; Check the box Enable Anonymous Viewing idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 26

Axis M7001 Port Forwarding Under TCP/IP in the settings, click Advanced TCP/IP located at the bottom. To change the port for port forwarding, locate HTTP. Under HTTP you need to change the HTTP Port from port 80 which is default, to which ever port you have available to forward in the router. Here we used port 5000. After this, go to your router and forward this port to the Local IP of the Axis M7001. *Note: After this port is change you will need to add the port into the browser to view the video and settings i.e. 192.168.1.2:5000 or for public: HostName.DynDNS.org:5000. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 28

WebRelay Configuration 1. Connect unit to power and network. 2. Set up a computer on the same network as the input module. To do this, set the IP address of the Computer to 192.168.1.50 with a net mask of 255.255.255.0. 3. Configure the WebRelay-Quad using web browser. Do this by pointing browser to http://192.168.1.2/setup.html. Username is admin and password is webrelay (all lower case). For Port Forwarding, Change the TCP port from 80 to an available port to forward in your router. *Note: Changing your port will reflect browsing into it i.e. http://192.168.1.2:5001/setup.html 4. Set the permanent IP address in the configuration page. Restart the WebRelay-Quad (remove power, Re-apply power). After restarting the unit, set the computer back to its original settings and access the WebRelay-Quad at its new IP address. 5. Connect relay contacts To change the Pulse Duration from the default of 1.5 seconds, click on the corresponding relay tab and at the bottom, change the Pulse Duration time. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 29

App Settings After installing the app, open it up. Press and hold anywhere around the video image or on idor Mobile icon in the top right for five seconds. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 31

Sip Settings Sip Settings is the tab where you enter the user information. Username: Enter the username from the created user in the server. Password: Password for the corresponding user. Server URL: Public WAN IP Address or DNS Name of idor Mobile Server. Server Local IP: Local / LAN IP Address of idor Mobile Server. Auth name: Authentication Name created in idor Mobile Server for this user. Concierge Call: Allows for a button to call a concierge. Normally OFF. Note: Click on Exit tab then save to save changes here if no other configuration is necessary. Otherwise continue to Adding a Camera section idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 32

Adding a camera Once the cameras are set up they need to be added to the app. If video needs to be viewed outside the network please define a port for the camera stream and port forward in your router. Here you can swipe from right to left to delete the default camera streams. Once you delete all default streams, you can click on the + symbol in the top right to begin adding in the camera stream settings. Other camera streams can be added to view multiple video feeds in MJPG format. Camera Settings Name: Name of camera i.e. Front Door. Type: Choose type of camera. Axis will be the most commonly used as the intercom camera video. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 33

Host: Public/DNS or LAN IP Address of Server or Camera. Port: Port of server or Camera. Leave blank if default (80). User: Username authentication of server or camera. If anonymous viewing is checked in server or camera, leave blank. Password: Password for user authentication for server or camera. If anonymous viewing is checked in server or camera, leave blank. Realm: This is the type i.e. Video Server. If anonymous viewing is checked in server or camera or no username and password are required, leave blank. Note: Click on Exit tab then save to save changes here if no other configuration is necessary. Otherwise continue to Setting up Access Control. Setting up Access Control If you have a Web Relay or a Siedle DCA/BSM then the app may be used to trigger these relays. Note: The DCA/BSM option will only work while connected to a door call. idor Mobile : idor Mobile System Manual V1.1 34

CMD Settings (for Access Control Button) After getting into the idor Mobile app settings, click on the CMD tab. Command Name: Name of what this relay controls. Controller Type: Select either DCA/BSM or Web Relay. Interface Type: Button is for a momentary pulse. Switch is a toggle function. Command DTMF On: DTMF for DCA to fire corresponding relay on Switch on Image: Default means switch says On. Open means switch says Open. Command DTMF Off: DTMF for DCA to fire another relay to turn off. Switch off Image: Default means switch says Off. Close means switch will say Closed. Button Color: Select color of button, either red or green. Controller Host: Public IP or LAN IP Address for Web Relay. Controller Port: Port of Web Relay if changed for port forwarding. Leave blank if LAN only. Controller Relay: Select corresponding relay 1, 2, 3, or 4 on web relay.
