Flexible Scanning Angle Due to the enhanced depth/diameter ratio, which is achieved by the 10 triangulation angle with Rexcan III, deep areas on objects are no longer difficult for scanning. 3 Flexible Scanning Area Rexcan III supports 20 different scanning areas. The user can select the most appropriate scanning area for the object to measure. One set of lenses included in the basic package supports 4 different measuring volumes. A wireless remote controller enables the user to control Rexcan III. It increases user-friendliness and reduces the scanning time when the user is measuring large objects. Remote controller

4 Applications Quality Inspection Rexcan III scans millions of 3D points on an object. Based on this information professional inspections such as distortion analysis and spring back inspection can be carried out automatically in 3D inspection software. Costs can be noticeably cut down by simplifying and shortening the entire designing process and skipping trial and error stages. Free form surfaces of an object can be inspected as well which contributes to improving the quality of objects.
