ICS LAB 5 (C# - C sharp) Instructions: Relational Operators: Description Exampe == Checks if the values of two operands are equal or not, if yes then condition becomes (A == B) is not!= Checks if the values of two operands are equal or not, if values are not equal then condition becomes (A!= B) is > Checks if the value of left operand is greater than the value of right operand, if yes then condition becomes (A > B) is not < Checks if the value of left operand is less than the value of right operand, if yes then condition becomes (A < B) is >= Checks if the value of left operand is greater than or equal to the value of right operand, if yes then condition becomes (A >= B) is not <= Checks if the value of left operand is less than or equal to the value of right operand, if yes then condition becomes
Logical operators; Description Example && Called Logical AND operator. If both the operands are non zero then condition becomes (A && B) is false. Called Logical OR Operator. If any of the two operands is non zero then condition becomes (A B) is! Called Logical NOT Operator. Use to reverses the logical state of its operand. If a condition is true then Logical NOT operator will make false.
Conditional Statements: Syntax 1; The syntax of an if...else statement in C# is: if(condtion) /* statement(s) will execute if the Condition is true */ else /* statement(s) will execute if the Condition is false */ Syntax 2: The syntax of an if...else if...else statement in C# is: if(condition 1) /* Executes when the Condition 1 is true */ else if(condition 2) /* Executes when the Condition 2 is true */ else if(condition 3) /* Executes when the Condition 3 is true */ else /* executes when the none of the above condition is true */
Task 1: Write A program to swap the values of two Integers? Console.WriteLine("Enter A: "); int a = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("Enter B: "); int b = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); int temp; temp = a; a = b; b = temp; Console.WriteLine("Swapped Value Of A= " + a); Console.WriteLine("Swapped Value Of B= " + b); Task 2: Write a program to ascertain input number Integer Is EVEN or ODD? Console.WriteLine("Enter Integer: "); int a = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); if (a % 2 == 0) Console.WriteLine("It s Even...!!!"); else Console.WriteLine("It s Odd...!!!");
Task 3: Write a program to calculate percentage of five subjects? Console.WriteLine("Enter Marks Of Subject 1: "); int a = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("Enter Marks Of Subject 2: "); int b = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("Enter Marks Of Subject 3: "); int c = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("Enter Marks Of Subject 4: "); int d = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("Enter Marks Of Subject 5: "); int e = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("Enter Total marks: "); int t = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); int o = a + b + c + d + e; int p = (o * 100) / t; Console.WriteLine("Your Percentage Is = " + p);
Task 4: Write a program to calculate percentage and grades? Console.WriteLine("ENGLISH MARKS="); int english = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("CHEMISTRY MARKS="); int chemistry = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); int obtained = english + chemistry; int total = 200; int percentage = (obtained * 100) / total; Console.WriteLine("PERCENTAGE =" + percentage); if (percentage > 80) Console.WriteLine("GRADE A+"); else if (percentage > 70 && percentage < 80) Console.WriteLine("GRADE B"); else if (percentage > 60 && percentage < 70) Console.WriteLine("GRADE C"); else if (percentage > 50 && percentage < 60) Console.WriteLine("GRADE D"); else if (percentage > 40 && percentage < 50) Console.WriteLine("FAIL"); else if (percentage < 40) Console.WriteLine("MEHNAT KI ZARURAT HAI");
Task 5: Write a program to solve the equations? Console.WriteLine("Enter Value Of X"); double x = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("Enter Value Of Y"); double y = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); Console.WriteLine("Enter Value Of Z"); double z = Convert.ToInt32(Console.ReadLine()); double a = (x+ y+z)/(x-y-z); double b= (x+y+z)/3; double c= (x+y)*(x-y)*(y-z); Console.WriteLine("(x+ y+z)/(x-y-z) = " +a); Console.WriteLine("(x+y+z)/3 = " +b); Console.WriteLine("(x+y)*(x-y)*(y-z) = " +c);
