LED laryngoscope system unique to OPTICLAR developed solely for veterinary intubation. In contrast to human intubation laryngoscopes, the intubation canal is on the right-hand side of the blade, seen from the proximal end. This simplifies the insertion of the ET tube considerably! A further exclusive feature of OPTICLAR laryngoscopes is the inclusion of an optional swivel magnifying loupe at the proximal end of the smallest blades. These offer 3x magnification ideal for the intubation of very small animals and exotics. The combination of the exceptionally bright LED light and the excellent light transmission of the F.O. bundle provides excellent bright light without any local thermal effect at the blade tip. The laryngoscope blade range: The range consists of the widely-used Miller type blades in sizes 00, 0, 1, 2 and 3. The sizes 00, 0 and 1 are also available with a 3x magnifying loupe to provide a better view of the airway. All blades have a multi-voltage LED providing significantly brighter light.
