3 Before Using Your Camera 1.Charging your camera Blue flash Steady blue Charging Fully charged Before the first use, fully charge the camera. While charging, the blue light flash. Steady blue, the camera is fully charged.(charging time is about: 90 minutes) Connect the camera to an 5V/1A adaptor (not included) with the included USB cable. 2. Format the SD card on the computer Before the first use, format the SD card to FAT32 format. The camera only supports class 10 SD card with at least an 4GB capacity. It supports cards up to 64 GB. 2

4 Before Using Your Camera 1.App Download Please search the HICAM IPC in your store or to download the phone App HICAM IPC 2.Turning the Camera On/Off Turn ON-standby Wait about 1 minutes,you will see red and blue light will flash 3 times, then only blue light will flash. 5 Set up Your Camera AP MODE Step 1: First please insert SD card and turn on the camera, then please wait about 1 minutes,you will see red and blue light will flash 3 times, then only blue light will flash. Now you will can found wifi hotspot in your phone wifi setting. blue light flash Step 2 : Turn on the WLAN on your phone, you will find the device's name HICAM_XXXXXX (XXXXXX are letters) on the list, and change your phone's WiFi connection to this WiFi hotspot (Password: ). 4
