7 7 Terms and Conditions:. Sealed Tenders should be addressed to Director, Educational Multimedia Research Centre, University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar, so as to reach his office by or before up to 4:00p.m.byhand or by registered post. EMMRC, shall not be responsible for late delivery of tenders by post/courier and will not accept it after the last date/time. 2. The prices quoted should be inclusive of taxes& F.O.R University campus. 3. Any tender without tax clearance certificate on Form 46 shall not be entertained. Copy of PAN, TAN, Service tax and CST/VAT No. shall be provided. 4. Tenders from reputable brands of same/similar specifications only, compatible with the tendered items shall only be evaluated. The tenderer must mention Make/Model for every item quoted. 5. The tenderer has to produce CDR for an amount mentioned above at the time of submission of the tender document. Tenders not accompanied by CDR shall not be entertained. No interest will be payable on CDR amount. 6. The rates quoted for various items shall remain valid for at least six (6) months from the date of opening of the tender. 7. On acceptance of tender and its communication to the successful bidder, the same shall be binding upon the party. 8. The Director, Educational Multimedia Research Centre, reserves the right to reject any tender in part or in full, which in the sole opinion of the centre, does not meet the Centre s interest. 9. The Director, Educational Multimedia Research Centre, Srinagar also reserves the right to negotiate with potential bidder/s so that its best interest to fulfill the need of project is served.
