If approved, these types of returns require a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return freight. All products must be in good selling condition in order to be returned. All orders that are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex will incur a $25 handling charge. Lumper and Sort/Segregation fees are at the expense of the customer.

10 SQP Print Capabilities In order to provide excellent customer service we feel it is imperative that SQP s brokers and customers have a complete overview of our print capabilities, lead times, minimum production runs, and floor stocking agreement policy. We believe this will provide a clearer understanding of SQP s wide variety of offerings and services which should help to expedite the quoting process for new and custom products. Trays & Dishes Items included in this category: #25, #40, #50, #100, #200, #250, #300, #500 standard trays, 7 hot dog trays & school carry trays. *Minimum production run for this category is 100 cases per year. *Lead time for a new order requiring art work design & new plates is 8 weeks. *Lead time for a repeat order with established art work & plates is 4 weeks. Unless a Floor Stock is in place. *Maximum printing is up to 2 colors registered print over the top of a 1 color random/solid color print. Clam shells Items included in this category: 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, Jumbo Hot Dog (8187), Pizza Slices, & Photo Process Prints *Minimum production run for this category is 200 cases per year. *Lead time for a new order requiring art work design & new plates is 8 weeks or weeks if new tooling is required. *Lead time for a repeat order with established art work & plates is 4 weeks. Chicken Boxes & Carry trays Items included in this category: barn boxes, fast top boxes, & tuck top boxes *Minimum production run for this category is 200 cases per year. *Lead time for a new order requiring art work design & new plates is 8 weeks or weeks if new tooling is required. *Lead time for a repeat order with established art work & plates is 4 weeks. Unless a Floor Stock is in place. *Maximum up to 4 colors registered print plus an OPV finish. For our customer s convenience, SQP offers two delivery options for custom size and/or special print products. Produce & ship the production run all at once. Either the minimum run quantity or any greater amount on the Purchase Order. SQP will produce the minimum production run or any pre-determined quantity for the customer and inventory the product. A stocking agreement would be required for this option. When a PO is placed the customer may order any number of cases from this floor stock. However the total order must meet SQP minimums in order to qualify for prepaid freight otherwise the customer is responsible for all freight charges. 11 SQP Freight Policy In an attempt to continue to provide outstanding delivery service to all SQP customers we are implementing the following shipping guidelines beginning March 1 st The below program applies to orders that reach minimums to qualify for prepaid shipping and are less than full truckload quantity The following lead-times and minimum order quantities are required (see attached chart to reference your geographic region) o Northeast 5-7 business days 300 cases o Southeast business days 500 cases o Midwest business days 500 cases o Southwest business days 500 cases o West Contact your CSR Rep Contact your CSR Rep Orders must be received for destinations outside of the Northeast by Friday 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time two weeks prior to desired delivery week o Example PO received at 4:00PM Friday January 9 th would ship Friday the 16 th or Monday 19 th from Scotia, New York with deliveries scheduled sometime during the week of January 19th SQP will make every effort to deliver to our customer required delivery schedule but a requested delivery date in an expedited timeframe is not guaranteed.
