Innovation In late 2015, SIRUI entered the video/film market with six broadcast tripods and three broadcast heads. The BCT tripods are available in aluminium or carbon. The BCH heads are available with either 75mm or 100mm diameter half-ball levelling. Two additional products for film-makers are the VSK-5, a 5 in 1 Video Survival Kit, and the VTJ-1.8 mobile camera crane with telescopic extension. The C-10X ball head has been refined and has had the proven Safety Lock System added, which is also available on other SIRUI heads. The new C-10S head is only available in tripod sets with the T04X and T05X series. The 75mm RX-75B levelling half-ball is an optional accessory for tripods in the RX series. 5 Tripod Features Head support plate The aluminium head support plate (plastic on the T05X) features a plastic surface in order to increase the adhesion between the head and the plate. Head mounting screw The head mounting screw is simple and quickly switches from 1/4 to 3/8. Sectioned centre column The centre column can be split into sections, its height is adjustable and reversible. This means that shooting is possible from any position. The flexibility of the sectioned centre column allows, for example, ground-level shots and an increase in the overall height. Integrated monopod A fully-functional monopod is integrated into the tripod. Simply remove the leg from the tripod and fit the second head support plate and wrist strap. The other support plate can stay on the tripod. Centre column and short centre column The height of the centre column is adjustable and reversible. An additional short centre column is included. This means that shooting is possible from any position. Both centre columns allow, for example, ground-level shots and for the overall height to be increased. Twist locks Sealed twist locks with rubber for grip. Just half a turn and the legs will start to descend. The locks can be disassembled for maintenance. Clip locks Sealed clip locks for quick and easy use. The practical clip locks open quickly and the leg section extends quickly. The locks can be adjusted. Rubber feet The special (pointed) shape of the fixed rubber feet ensures that each leg has good grip and will not slip at any angle. Rubber feet and stainless steel spikes The smaller size tripods are stable and will not slip on rubber feet. Larger tripods also have twist-out metal spikes, intended for use on soft and uneven surfaces. W and RX series have rubber feet and separate metal spikes. Leg angle lock mechanism When folding down the legs, this is automatically engaged. Two or three fixed positions are employed. Legs can be folded by 180 The legs can be folded up by 180. 6 3T Series Table Top Tripods Video hand-held tripods with head Head support plate The aluminium head support plate is fitted with a set screw to secure the head. Head mounting screw The head mounting screw quickly switches from 1/4 to 3/8. Centre column and short centre column The telescoping centre column can be extended to 8.5cm. A second centre column that does not extend is included and can be swapped with the telescoping column as required.
