3 How to use a Telstra Pre-Paid SIM with Telstra Devices Telstra Sierra Watcher Connection Manager 1. Plug your device into your PC & open the Telstra Connection Manager. Click on the drop down box above the connect button & select Telstra.Internet to connect via Pre-Paid. You are now ready to connect using your Pre-Paid Connection Manager. Telstra ZTE Connection Manager 1. Plug your device into your PC and open the Telstra Connection Manager. Click on the settings button. 2. Highlight the Telstra.Internet APN & click on Set default and then click on the apply button. You are now ready to connect to the internet.
