1 AUDIT REPORT BENCHMARK IN KAZAKHSTAN

2 P3 COMMUNICATIONS tested and measured the performance of Voice and Data services using smartphones, to compare the customer experience between different LTE/UMTS/ GSM mobile networks within the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana. The Mobile Network Benchmark was done by P3 communications between the 10th of May 2018 and the 17th of May The Benchmark measurements were done by drive testing outdoors, using a Samsung Galaxy S8 Smartphone capable of supporting 300 Mbit/s Download and 50 Mbit/s Upload speeds. All Data measurements were done in 4G preferred mode. Voice measurements were done in 4G/4G preferred mode on both device ends, with the origin of the calls alternating between the devices. 2
