Every concept you need to know to pass the exam is in this book. No fluff, no long explanations. Just simple and to the point. Great job, A.S. Austin! Just passed the Project+ cert with a 91%. This guide is very helpful as part a study guide. There are not enough stories to make all the information stick so if you don't have project management experience you'll want to have some more in depth material and even practice tests. What's nice about this Exam Prep edition is that you can read through it in a couple of hours. This means you can review regularly and thoroughly. This book is a great digital read and really to the point. All the formulas and equations for calculating CPI, SPI etc are the right sized nuggets to digest and practice with. The diagrams are clear and well labelled as excellent visuals, which bring the subject matter alive. I intend to take the Project+ exam soon and am very pleased with my purchase. Not very expensive and give a good vocabulary overview to help you pass the CompTIA Project+ exam. You will not want to use this for your main study guide but a good addition to add to your study plan. I thought the explanations of the concepts were easy to understand and the examples helped me remember them. I didnâ t see any topic on the exam that wasnâ t covered, so I recommend you get this book and pass the test. Just vocabulary words, but I passed anyway! I am a construction management student this is a great book for beginners or novice student in the management field. Easy to read not many technical jargon and good reference for the field.
