The number of vacancies is indicive in nure and subject to variion depending on the workload. If, suitable reserved cegory candides are not available, General cegory candides will be considered against such reserved cegory. The minimum essential educional qualificion required for the said positions shall be: 1. Assistant Librarian i. A Master s Degree in Library Science/Informion Science/Documention with least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently good academic record. ii. iii. Qualifying in the Nional level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC. However, candides, who are or have been awarded a Ph. D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. degree) Regulions, 2009 as incorpored

2 in the relevant Goa University Ordinance shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET. 2. Programmer. a) Essential i) Master s degree in Computer Applicion/ Mhemics/ Stistics, Operional Research/ Physics with Electronics/ Economics/ Commerce with Stistics of a recognized University or equivalent; ii) 3 years experience of stistical da processing work including experience in programming in a Computer System. iii) Knowledge of Konkani. b) Desirable i) Training in programming languages such as COBOL, FORTRAIN, BASIC, C, PASCAL, etc. ii) Knowledge of Marhi. 3. Junior Programmer a) Essential: i) Gradue in any stream from a recognized University with one year Post Gradue Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Applicion from a OR Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Computer Applicion from a OR Bachelor of Engineering in Computer / Informion Technology from a ii) Experience of software development and da processing in a reputed organizion. iii) Knowledge of Konkani. b) Desirable: i) Master degree in Computer Science / Computer Applicion /Informion Technology. ii) Knowledge of Marhi. 4. Day Care Centre a) Teacher(Female) Essential i. Minimum XII th pass (any branch) ii. Two years working experience in recognized Nursery/Primary School. iii. Knowledge of Konkani. Desirable i. Knowledge of Music, Art, craft, storytelling, communicion skills, experience of handling children between the age group of 9 months to 6 years. ii. Knowledge of Marhi
