2 The Infonova R6 certification program is suitable for system integrators and client teams who need to deliver or operate Infonova R6 solutions. It educates and enables partners in selling and delivering successful Infonova R6 solutions to clients. A qualitative level of Infonova R6 knowledge is offered in the certification program to cover all phases in the lifecycle of an Infonova R6 solution, starting in the sales phase through to solution and business operations. * Grey certifications not currently available Note: The training programs aim to train Infonova R6 knowledge for the respective role. This does not include any other skill training (e.g. delivery methodologies) for these roles. The participants must commit full time for the training period, as well as for the remote part of the training. The training programs are executed in one time block 2

3 Streams & Skills levels The program is split into streams, which are focussed on specific job roles. So if you are a software developer, you should go for the Developer stream. On the other hand, if your job focus is on the sale of the Infonova R6 product, you should go for the Sales stream. Each stream offers courses for different skills levels: Associate level certification works in a team according to best practices is familiar with the software within a specific focus area and has a general overview of the other main functions of the system works with the guidance of a Professional and can complete clearly defined assignments Professional level certification is an expert within a specific focus area and sufficiently understands the points of contact between his specific focus area and other focus areas can complete technical assignments with only broadly defined requirements can isolate and solve unfamiliar problems within his specific focus area and knows where to seek help to find the solution to the problem can coordinate and execute planning activities within his specific focus area Expert level certification has a complete overview of diverse focus areas and can do independent planning and problem solving in his field of expertise displays suitable project experience, ideally with customer references can split a complete solution implementation down into work-packets for professionals and can solve unknown problems and architecture questions Infonova issues certifications per stream and level for a specific Infonova R6 major release (e.g. V7.x) and you will have to refresh your certification with every new major release of Infonova R6. We offer refresher courses for each stream and skills level. 3

4 Programs Sales Associate Program On successful completion of this certification, the sales manager is able to demonstrate the functionality of Infonova R6, understands the licensing model, and is familiar with and can present the main reference client solutions. Solution Architect Professional Program On successful completion of this certification, the solution architect is able to define an Infonova R6 solution, based on client requirements and business processes. This includes defining the structure, services and products as well as defining a hardware/network/deployment architecture for Infonova R6 solutions. The solution architect understands the integration points and extension possibilities of Infonova R6. Business Analyst Associate Program On successful completion of this certification, the business analyst can demonstrate the functionality of Infonova R6, configure simple products and services and explain the main integration points. Professional Program On successful completion of this certification, the business analyst is able to explain all Infonova R6 functionalities, configure and map customer requirements to Infonova R6 product and service configurations, and map customer requirements to the Infonova R6 ootb business processes. 4

5 Developer Associate Program On successful completion of this certification, the developer is able to install Infonova R6, configure a basic Infonova R6 solution, integrate the most common interfaces (service associate) as well as do simple UI customisations. Professional Program On successful completion of this certification, the developer is able to understand the most important configuration parameters, and use integration and extension points for all functional modules of Infonova R6. After successfully passing the program the developer can be a lead developer within an R6 development team. Business Operations Associate Program On successful completion of this certification, the business operator is able to perform business operations on an Infonova R6 platform. This includes managing order fallouts, mediation and rating errors, and Billing and AR business operations. Solution Operations Associate Program On successful completion of this certification, the solution operator is able to operate an Infonova R6 platform. This includes deploying, operating and monitoring the technical components of an Infonova R6 solution. 5
