1 (6) Sonera Ethernet General This price list concerns the Sonera Ethernet Operator and Sonera Ethernet Capacity products. The Ethernet Operator product consists of a Metro Ethernet operator access (MEOD) and ME subscriptions (MEL) connectable to it. Ethernet Capacity is a point-to-point capacity connection (MEC). The price of each subscription or connection consists of an one-time connection or change charge and a monthly charge. The monthly charge includes an Ethernet port or connection, a selected class of service, service level (SLA), and a needed access capacity to the house MDF. This price list is valid for new agreements, when there is capacity available for leasing in Sonera s network. The availability of the service must always be checked by submitting a request for quotation. Local MEL subscriptions and MEC connections, which have both A- and B-end on Sonera s ILEC area, belong to market for wholesale terminating segments of leased lines, and their prices shall be in accordance with this Price List. A local MEL subscription refers to a subscription that is in the same ME area as the Metro Ethernet operator access. Local MEC capacity refers to a connection with both ends within one and the same ME area. The ME areas are defined in Appendi 2. Pricing of any other subscription and connection shall be set on an agreement and it might deviate from the Price List. One-time charges The connection charge for a new access or connection includes installing and configuring a Metro Ethernet port and connecting access capacity to an eisting fiber or copper network. If the access capacity requires network construction, an etra charge may be collected. Monthly charge for an ME subscription (MEL) The price of an ME subscription consists of an Ethernet port, a class of service and service level selected and the access capacity. The price depends on the data transmission rate and the zone. There are three price zones: V00, V0 and V1. The municipalities and the zones they belong to are stated indicatively in Appendi 1. Zone V1 /mo. 2/ / / / Monthly charge for ME Capacity (MEC) The price of ME capacity consists of a connection between two Ethernet ports, a class of service and service level selected, the data transmission speed and the access capacity. When a connection is established between two different price zones, the price of the ME capacity is determined in accordance with the end belonging to a zone with a higher price. The prices of ME capacity (MEC) in different zones with the Best Effort class of service and the Standard service level are the following: Speed Mbit/s Zone V00 / mo. Zone V0 / mo. Zone V1 / mo. 2/ / / / Protected DUAL subscription and capacity The charge for protected service is: Protected Metro Ethernet subscription = 1,6*unprotected subscription price and Protected Metro Ethernet capacity= 1,8* unprotected capacity price. The charge for the service level selected is added to the monthly charge of the protected access.

3 (6) Service levels For the NNI access, ME subcription and ME capacity three premium-rate service levels are available: Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The default service level Standard is included in the monthly charge. Basic service level is applicable only for specific service orders, which shall be separately agreed. The charge for the service level selected is added to the monthly charge of the access. Service level 2-10 Mbit/s / mo. >10 Mbit/s / mo. Gold Platinum Diamond * *) Diamond service level is only available for protected DUAL subscriptions and connections. Customer premises equipments (CPE) Of the above ME accesses, the symmetric SHDSL 2/2, 4/4, 5/5 and 10/10Mbit/s access speeds are always implemented with a CPE. In transmission rate classes 2 to 10,000 Mbit/s implemented with fibre, the customer can request that an optional CPE should be added. The price of the CPE is added to the price of the subscription. The one-time charges applied are as indicated in the table in clause One-time charges, and the monthly charges are as indicated in the table below. CPE capacity / mo. 1 Gbit/s Gbit/s 150 For protected solutions the CPE price shall be added for both subscriptions. Classes of service In addition to Best Effort (BE), other classes of service (CoS) are also available for Sonera Ethernet services for an etra charge. The classes of service available are described in greater detail in the Sonera Ethernet service description. More information about their prices is available from the account manager. Prices, VAT, term of payment and penal interest The prices are eclusive of VAT. The VAT is calculated based on the valid VAT rate and added to the prices. The prices indicated on service-specific price lists are valid until further notice. TeliaSonera Finland Oyj reserves the right to change the price list. The term of payment is fourteen (14) days from the bill date. The penal interest is the valid interest for late payment specified in Section 4, Paragraph 1 of the Interest Act.
