Please read this manual carefully for the proper use of this product. BrightLife 10A Smart Touch Switch (hereinafter referred to as this product ) is a smart home controlling product of BrightLife. This product shall be used with BrightLife in Hand App, as well as the supplied accessories. BrightLife is not responsible for any loss due to improper installation and/or usage of this product. 5 Features Supports IEEE ZigBee/SmartRoom protocol. It can interwork with control and security devices, and can be managed manually or remotely through Mobile App. It can bind with multiple remote controllers, realizing wireless control of using several switches to control one device or using one switch to control multiple devices. Users can easily and conveniently configure timing control and scene settings using Mobile App. This product adopts Chinese standard junction box (86mm 86mm) which could be directly installed in the standard junction box in the wall, as well as conveniently replace the ordinary wall switches. The stylish exterior design is a perfect match to all decoration styles. 5

6 Mobile Application In order to configure and use this product, you will need to download BrightLife in Hand mobile App. The application is available for both ios and Android platforms. You search for the application in the online store, or, you can visit and scan the QR code available there to redirect you to the application in the online store. 6

7 Installation Instructions Wires structure Step 1: Connect the wires in the wall-box to the back side of the switch according to the structure shown in the table. Step 4: Clip the cover plate and installation is completed (as shown in the diagram). Set the network before installation is completed 9

10 Installation Instructions Join Zigbee Network Quickly Click Multi-functional Key for 4 times. Indicator light will blink blue then goes OFF after staying ON for 2 seconds indicating that joining ZigBee network was successful. Each click is less than 1s Goes OFF after staying ON for 2s 10

11 Installation Instructions Exit Zigbee Network Press and hold Multi-functional Key for 10s. Indicator will blink 4 times and then goes OFF indicating exiting Zigbee network was successful. ZigBee network was successful. Multi-functional Key Indicator Light 11

12 Installation Instructions Binding Press on Multi-functional Key and tab the Touch Button that you wish to bind quickly at the same time. System Indicator will blink once, which means a request is made for binding. Operate the other device to bind within 20s. After binding is successful, Indicator Light will blink for 3 times; if not, Indicator Light will blink 6 times. Note: this product can bind with Scene Switch, Binding Switch and other Remote Controllers. Multi-functional Key Indicator Light Touch Button 12

13 Important Make sure ZigBee network indicator light of the wireless gateway (purchased separately) is blinking. Make sure this product is connected to power and is placed within the effective communication distance of the gateway. If remote control is needed, connect the gate to the internet. Whenever you wish to add this product to another gateway, please exit the current network first and then set to join new network. Factory settings defaults to out of ZigBee network. 13

14 Precautions Before installation, please make sure the power supply has been disconnected. Electrical operation is dangerous, and non-professional operation is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to use lamps of good quality and a known brand. Unqualified or fake products would lead to bad performance of this product. Make sure this product is placed away from the washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, router and other sources of interference, in case of poor communication sensitivity and working performance. This product shall be installed in plastic wall-box. Metal wall-boxes or all-metal covering and enclosed device could weaken or interrupt the signals. Ensure the installation location is dry and clean. If any problems occurred in the product. Please, do NOT dissemble the product by yourself. 14
