CommsOffice FrontDesk, is a software package that helps you manage small and medium sized businesses in industries such as hospitality, long term accommodation, serviced offices and any other type of service reseller involving phone usage billing Available in three different solutions: FrontDesk - Express, Middleware and PMS Support available locally in Australia, US, UK and the Netherlands Express GUI Simple on-line software registration Straightforward to install and maintain with reliable stability
3 CommsOffice FrontDesk Express CommsOffice FrontDesk Express is an easy to use application that allows the user to control system functions such as Wake Up Alarms, Phone Messages (message light), Check In and Check Out, Bar and Unbar telephone as well as on screen CTI dialing. This allows the user to install the interactive functionality of the Panasonic PBX telephone system on as many workstation computers as required and removes the need for the user to be trained on the operation of the telephones. In addition, basic functions for , chatting and internal messaging are also provided. The application provides easy Click to Action functionality with little or no training, allowing the user to utilize the various hospitality functions of the Panasonic telephone systems. CommsOffice FrontDesk Middleware CommsOffice FrontDesk Middleware provides the link between the Panasonic PBX system and the resident PMS system via approved bidirectional interfaces. This allows the Panasonic telephone system to connect to a number of legacy PMS systems to allow the capture of Call Records, Messages, Wake Up calls, Room Dirty/Clean or Maid in Room, message waiting and bar and unbar of extensions associated with the rooms on Check In and Out. CommsOffice Middleware can be configured to link to the PMS system as: Mitel ICP SX50/SX200/3000 emulation for both SMDR and PBX commands SMDR output in standard Hobic 1, 2, 3 and 4 formats Micros Fidelio Opera standards InnQuest roommaster standards The Mitel emulation allows the Panasonic telephone system to connect to the majority of PMS systems that already support a Mitel format. In this format ALL facets of the bidirectional functions are supported. CommsOffice FrontDesk Middleware comes with complete call accounting. This includes the Today page live statistics, on demand and scheduled reporting with alarms. Invoice Today Page Accommodation Planner Dashboard
