6 Maintenance Installation The modules are factory calibrated and ready for use directly after power up. There are several alternative ways to connect the X-300 TH to a host system (see also figure 2): 1. Using Analog Terminal, including terminals for power supply (G+ and G0), AVO.(STATUS1&2 is optional) 2. Using Relay Terminal, including terminals for power supply (G+ and G0), Relay 1&2. (STATUS1&2 is optional) 3. Using Serial Terminal, including terminals for power supply (G+ and G0), UART (TxD,RxD). 4. Using I2C Terminal, including terminals for power supply (G+ and G0), I2C (SCL,SDA). Self & Manual Calibration Mode 1. User can select Self-Calibration Mode or Manual Calibration Mode. 2. Self-Calibration Mode is programmed to set the minimum concentration to 450ppm in a 2 day period. 3. Manual Calibration Mode enforces the concentration to be set at 450ppm with a corresponding command. For Manual Calibration, * It has to be placed in a clean and open environment. * It would be better to start manual-calibrating at least 1 hour after installed. * Exhaled breath may affect the calibration. Command List for Self & Manual Calibration 1. CALI=0 : Enter Self-Calibration Mode 2. CALI=1 : Enter Manual Calibration Mode (Abandon Self-Calibration Mode) 3. CALI=10 : Action ; Set the concentration to 450ppm Switching Calibration Mode 1. Self Calibration Mode is programmed in the factory by default. 2.
