2 UPGRADES The machines were designed in the mid 1990s with state-of-the-art software and controls. The servo presses designed in the 1990s have become difficult to maintain due to key components that are now obsolete. SYNEO has a complete multi-level offering of new, retrofit, and upgrade packages that will bring any of the legacy presses to a performance level that exceeds their capability when new. The legacy automatic press has been redesigned to greatly improve accuracy and smoothness. Not only have the hardware and electronics been upgraded to today s state of the art, but the software has been rewritten from a blank screen. All presses utilize the latest PC, Windows, touch screen LCD monitors, and Ethernet communications within the machines. All new editors and databases that offer new features and conveniences are provided. Legacy databases can be imported into the new presses to simplify migration. ALL NEW The key members of the team that invented the full line of servo presses in the 1990s, are now a part of the SYNEO team. Twenty years of design and manufacturing experience will significantly support our new line of PressFit machines. Brand new models of both the Automatic Electric Press (AEP) and the Manual Electric Press (MEP) are being built.
