3 Our Products Extenders: With KVM extenders, users can re-locate their computers or CPU servers at longer distances than standard cabling interconnects allow. KVM extenders can be interconnected via copper cables (Cat X) or fiber optic cabling up to 10km. IHSE extenders provide complete peripheral connections (keyboard, mouse, monitor, USB-HID and USB 2.0) as if they were located directly at the workstation. 7 Instant Switching Product Features The Draco tera also offers Instant Switching (delayless switching between CPUs). By contrast to IP based solutions that have switching times of up to seconds, the Draco tera switches within milliseconds. Flex-Port Technology The Flex-Port technology offers a totally flexible configuration of the ports as an input or output port. As a result, each port can be used as either a CPU port (connection to a computer) or as a CON port (connection to a console) and it can be switched according to the requirements. Matrix Grid Port Expansion The Matrix Grid option allows up to 16 matrix switches to be managed under a single control management systems. Matrix Grid is an interconnection topographic and software application that transparently connects multiple matrices together to form a single virtual matrix. It automatically and seamlessly manages the interconnects between users and CPU across multipe locations. Multi-Screen control In applications where a single operator must access a bank of computers either directly or through dedicated point-to-point extenders, IHSE USA offers a unique add-on application allowing up to four displays to be managed via software configurations. 29 Draco CPU Switch 8x1 Switch Share up to 8 VGA, USB, and Audio Sources through a single DVI output port. The Draco CPU Switch allows you to switch between eight VGA computers together with the respective audio and USB signals. It also comprises the extension of the selected and digitized signal to a remotely located workstation. The Draco CPU Switch replaces eight traditional KVM extenders: Eight source computers are connected by VGA cables to the CPU Unit, which is further connected to a user workstation by one interconnect cable.
