1 Subject Model DECOS IIIj USB Function LXE10E100 series (DECOSIIIj) Summary The following functions can be used with USB stick from DECOSIIIj (ver.27**). 1. Upload software Retrieve monitor log - - Possible to upload software stored in USB stick to DECOSIIIj controller Possible to download trip data from DECOSIIIj controller to USB stick Possible to retrieve current operation data by USB stick. 2 Preparation; 1. USB stick 2. Software version: 270D or later 3. Authentication file (File name : *1 INVERTER.daikin) Procedure; Step 1 Step 2 Step 3 Create new folder under route directory in the USB stick. Folder name needs to be DAIKIN (Capital letters). Save software (e.g. 27**.mot ) in the DAIKIN folder. *1 Authorization file (INVERTER.daikin) must be saved under route directory in the USB stick. Note* 1 : To download trip data from the controller by USB stick, the Authorization file must be stored in the USB stick. To select software version press UP and Down key and press key to determine setting. *1 Uploading software INITIAL / CHECK End of upload Note *1 : The indication is shown even no key operation for 30 sec. as long as USB is connected except upload failure. After 20 sec, LCD will be shown such as left figure. Confirm software version and remove USB stick. When appear FAI, remove USB stick or no key operation for 30 sec, LCD will be disappeared.

To select software version press UP and Down key and press key to determine setting. *3 Uploading software INITIAL/CHECK *3 End of upload Note *3 : Not possible to move initial setting menu when press SELECT key for 3 sec. on USB menu-1 LCD After 20 sec, LCD will be shown such as left figure. Confirm software version and remove USB stick. Circuit breaker OFF. When FAI appears, remove USB stick or no key operation for 30 sec, LCD will be disappeared. *4 Downloading *4 End of download Note *4 : Not possible to move initial setting menu when press SELECT key for 3 sec. Remove USB stick after LCD will show such as left figure. Off/on again. When FAI appears, remove USB stick or no key operation for 30 sec, LCD will be disappeared.

7 USB menu-2 Indications / LCD USB menu-2 - Retrieve monitor log on USB menu-2 LCD *5 Downloading *5 End of download When removing USB stick, LCD will be disappeared. Note *5 : The indication is shown even no key operation for 5 min. When FAI appears, remove USB stick or no key operation for 30 sec, LCD will be disappeared.

8 Retrieve monitor log on USB menu-2 Retrieve monitor log LCD *6 Retrieving key to activation (start or stop) START: when no retrieving condition STOP: when retrieving condition *6 Cancel /Stop of monitor log CANCEL When press key, move to retrieve monitor log on USB menu-2. Note *6 : Move to current when no key operation for 5 min. Blinking here - When retrieving monitor log, dot is blinking the left figure of the current. - Retrieving monitor log will start again when connecting power line if the power line had been disconnected during retrieving condition.
