This included users at national headquarters, Blood Services Regions, and more than 500 chapter organizations. The effort consolidated over 400 different domains. For the first time, the organization has a single, enterprisewide platform. CIO John Crary will examine the benefits of going cloud, including improved services, features, and annual cost savings in excess of $1.5 million. He'll touch on the vendor selection process and how to overcome several common migration obstacles. Listen to the entire process unfold, from planning and contracting all the way up to the last chapter migration. 11:15 Break 11:30 Presentation: Data Collection and Measurement Processes for DR Planning Tim Greiner, Director of Client Technology Integration, U.S. Pharmacopeia U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) is a scientific nonprofit organization that sets standards for the identity, strength, quality, and purity of medicines, food ingredients, and dietary supplements manufactured, distributed and consumed worldwide. Tim Greiner, Director of Client Technology Integration, currently leads teams responsible for business analysis, software quality assurance, data quality, user documentation, and technology training. Mr. Greiner is going to discuss the data collection process they use to identify the universe of systems subject to their DR planning and the business owners perspective on their relative criticality. This includes exploring the gap between requested and IT-agreed SLAs and their strategy for measuring performance. He'll also describe the threat probability and impact matrix they use to determine where to indemnify first.

She s currently involved in a program for IT Service Management process implementation, governance, and enhancement. Cathy has spoken on ITSM Best Practices at many venues around the world including the Pink Elephant Conferences, itsmf Fusion Conferences, ITSM Conference South America, Mexico City; ITSM Conference Malaysia and Allstate Northern Ireland.
