3 Who We Are Capital Data Centers is a network of data centers located around the world. Our flagship location, MD-ALPHA, is a Tier III data center located in Hagerstown, MD, which is located just outside the blast radius of Washington, DC. Our MD-ALPHA location is a 90,000ft2 (8,361m2) 3-story brick building located on a 4 acre (16,187m2) paved lot and protected by multiple layers of security. Our location boasts 50,000ft2 (4,645m2) of rack space and a dedicated 24x7 support staff of on-site engineers, technical support, and security. Equipped with a reliable, high speed fiber optic network and redundancy at every point in the power and cooling infrastructure allow us to operate 24x7x365, uninterrupted. 6 Key Executives MD-ALPHA Data Center Saiid Paryavi, Ph.D, DCA - Dr. Paryavi has 20+ years of IT, Software, Data Center, and management experience. During his tenure at XFI Corporation, Dr. Paryavi architected and managed the development of the company s flagship artificial intelligence driven technology. He has also been the architect as well as head management of the company s data centers and cloud infrastructure. Additionally, Dr. Paryavi has been extensively involved in XFI s Fortune 50 clients technology development and deployment, including major data center and cloud initiatives. Prior to XFI Corporation, Dr. Paryavi was CTO of IBD Trading, Inc., a Kansas City based commodities technology incubator that was later acquired. As CTO, he oversaw the development of various software systems geared towards the SMB market, including BizPerfect s Smart Business Advisor software. Holding a DCA (Data Center Authority) certification, the highest available certification of its kind, Dr. Paryavi is also a leading member of the Standards Committee at the International Data Center Authority, actively working to develop the next generation of Data Center standards. He was the principal developer of IDCA s Data Center training and certification courses as well as the Master Trainer for those courses. Since 2006, Dr. Paryavi has been a member of the Board of Directors and a technology consultant for TechXact Group Corporation, an international Data Center solutions provider. Ali Heydari, Ph.D. - Dr. Heydari is a data center infrastructure architect and server hardware engineer with 20+ years of hardware, software, infrastructure, efficiency, reliability, and manufacturing experience in data center and server hardware engineering design and deploy. Dr. Heydari is currently the Senior Technical Director, Chief Architect at Baidu, Inc., charged with building the next generation data centers for Baidu. He has many years of data center design and build experience working to build data centers for Twitter and Facebook. Prior to that, Dr. Heydari managed engineering developments at Sun Microsystems. Dr. Heydari is a foremost expert in hardware design and operations with extensive experience in leading edge technology development, engineering design, manufacturing, reliability, operations, with 50+ published papers and 14 issued patents.

7 Shirin Elkoshairi - Mr. Elkoshairi has over 17 years of industry experience in simplifying IT and Data Center sourcing and procurement for businesses. He is currently the Principal Consultant and Co-Founder of ColoAdvisor, a company that specializes in Cloud Computing and Data Center Consulting. With the innovative mind-set of realizing the shift of data center workloads between on and off premise, Mr. Elkoshairi is able to design and implement company data to public cloud as well as private cloud and hybrid systems. Mr. Elkoshairi continues to successfully do this with a staggering rate of satisfaction from his clients. He specializes in Engineering Technology with a strong background in architectural design, architectural detailing, mechanical design, and product design. Mr. Zarrabi has owned his own product design company as well as directed a design department for a large engineering and construction company. Along with his ability to manage design teams/projects, he has several years under his belt as an instructor of Engineering Technology with an architectural influence at the college level. Professional Associates Executive Advisor Hossein Fateh - Mr. Fateh has been directly involved in the planning, construction, and operation of data centers for over 19 years as a principal of Dupont Fibros Technology, a wholesale data center developer, owner, and operator. DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (NYSE: DFT) operates 12 data centers in four major U.S. markets which total 3 million gross square feet and 266 megawatts of available critical load and has been a very profitable business. Before forming his own law firm, Mr. Krotman worked for a law firm representing clients in litigation and real estate matters. He also has experience as an in-house counsel for a franchisor and a related real property holding entity. As a Maryland litigation, real estate, and business attorney he has handled a wide variety of cases from personal injury, business litigation, and real estate litigation to real estate settlements and business transactional work.
