5 Strategic Models for State & Regional Broadband Development The Mid-Atlantic Terascale Partnership (MATP) Established in 2003 through an association with the Virginia Tech Foundation, MOU between Virginia Tech and the other founding institutions: The College of William and Mary, George Mason University, Old Dominion University, The University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, James Madison University (joined in 2010) Associate member - Jefferson Labs.
