3 ADQ Gap analysis preliminary findings (1) Scope: SMATSA Ltd. ANSP in Serbia, Montenegro, portion of upper airspace of Bosnia & Herzegovina and over the high seas AIS integral part of SMATSA Ltd. + Full AIS provider for Serbia and for Montenegro; 2 Air Navigation Acts; 2 CAAs; Many data originators (two governments) Some data originators within SMATSA Ltd. (ATS/ATM, CNS, MET and Flight Inspection) Additional services could support ADQ implementation: Flight procedures design (PANS-OPS) Cartography Flight inspection Training 8/6/2010 ADQ in Serbia and Montenegro 3/14

ADQ adequate and legitimate substitution (ECAA agreement, Article 3) for missing national AIS regulations (translation & ratification) ADQ paves our way to AIM 8/6/2010 ADQ in Serbia and Montenegro 4/14

10 Clarification needed (2) Data interchange format (ADQ, Annex II) is EAD (eaip & SDO) sufficient MoC with XML and GML requirements? Who provides ISO certification? 12 SMATSA ADQ activities (2) Workshops for Data Originators: Data origination (surveys); Electronic data transfer (CRC) AMDB will be planned after eaip completed (ADQ, Annex I, Part A & Annex II, Part A) Periodic re-surveys of SMATSA navaids (ADQ, Annex IV, Part D, paragraph 5) Implementation of security management systems information and supply chain (ADQ, Annexes VI & VII) 8/6/2010 ADQ in Serbia and Montenegro 12/14

13 Support from EUROCONTROL Improve AIXM and/or eaip in order to meet all meta-data requirements all meta-data in one place (if possible) ADQ train the trainers campaign in Europe in order to facilitate local awareness campaigns Awareness and implementation campaigns: Safety management system in AIS Security management systems in AIS 8/6/2010 ADQ in Serbia and Montenegro 13/14
