4 About Us We are a Kigali-based company offering a wide range of services and products in the general trade and construction sectors. We are registered under the company laws of the Republic of Rwanda with a registered office in Kigali, Rwanda. We are registered under the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) license number Our CEO The company was founded in 2014 by Mr. Eric H. BIMENYIMANA. Eric has a background in business and has been operating as a business person for more than 20 years. Since 1998, Eric has run and managed a couple of businesses that include a store in Canada and a Building & Construction outlet in Kigali, Rwanda. He has a wealth of experience in the field of supplies management, general trading and construction.

5 Our Team We have a team of highly dedicated and motivated staff. We are keen on keeping our tradition of delivering first-class products and services to our clients. Construction Engineer He is in charge of the construction department. He oversees all our building and construction projects and works with a team of professionals under him. Book Keeper He works closely with the company accountant to ensure that all the company s books of accounts are updated and are in order. IT Department He oversees the company s IT department. This is in the areas of maintenance of the company s servers, procurement of IT equipment for the company and our clients among others. Administrative Officer He is in charge of all administrative duties at the company. Accountant He oversees the company s books of accounts. Transporter He is in charge of the transportation department. He ensures that all equipment and construction material are delivered to our clients and to the construction sites in time.

13 CNB ENGINEERS BIOGRAPHY Jules MUREKEZI is an experienced engineer with strong knowledge in topography, quantity surveying, and cost estimations for: concrete works, form works, masonry steel, road construction and its maintenance. He works for CNB Ltd in various construction projects including road construction in Kirehe District, parliament landscape and fencing, etc. NKUNZABASHI Romeo Eric is a civil engineer and he is specialized in road construction, maintenance and road supervision works. Romeo Eric have worked in differents project such as construction of macadamised road Musanze Rubavu.
