10 GIBB GROUP OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE The GIBB ownership structure comprise the division of its shareholding between a Broad Based Ownership Trust of its 67% black employees and a General Staff Share Trust of 33%. This qualifies GIBB as a truly 100% employee-owned African company, reaffirming its ethos of ensuring a broader and more meaningful participation of previously disadvantaged groups in the active economy. 7
