(2) Annual dividends are based on consolidated earnings, payout ratio, and DOE, to provide stable and sustainable profit distribution to shareholders. For VG2.0 (FY FY2020), annual dividends are decided based on a guideline of approx. 30% payout ratio and approx. 3% DOE.
