It targets to engineers involved with design or applying HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) equipment to critical infrastructure projects. 19 Project Management for Mission-Critical Facilities From Design to Commissioning (13 hours) Building, upgrading or relocating new data centers / mission-critical facilities requires extensive coordination and project management team to ensure all components come together smoothly. It typically takes one to three years from design and planning to testing and commissioning.
