2 OLADE was born to establish a cooperation mechanism among the countries of the Region to develop their energy resources and jointly deal with aspects related to their efficient and rational use in order to contribute to the economic and social development of Latin America and the Caribbean. 6 RedLACEE RedLacEE is a public / private nonprofit organization that facilitates the exchange and dissemination of technical, legal and regulatory information among institutions and professionals in the region. Contribute to the development of energy efficiency to reduce climate change in Latin America and the Caribbean Region. Promote national policies to establish favorable framework of EE to develop NAMAs, NDCs, LEDs, base lines, GHG Inventories, MRV systems in the energy sector. Disseminate lessons learned during the implementation of National Programs and EE Measures, through forums of expert groups generating discussion, experience of technology use, and financial architectures. Promote and Foster the meeting of professionals, associations or other entities from climate change and energy efficiency issues.
