5 Reasons for the Growing Problem of E-Waste (I) Fastest growing solid waste stream; Rapid advancement in technology; Increase in variety of Electrical/Electronic Equipment (EEE); Presence of hazardous substances in e-waste; Presence of precious metals; Environmentally unsound disposal systems; Associated environmental and health impacts;
