5 WHY INTEGRATED INTELLIGENCE In today s world, the need to anticipate a diverse array of threats and challenges is imperative to deliver actionable intelligence for mission critical success and Intelligence Community stakeholders and policy makers. 7 CLOUD TECHNOLOGY Cloud technology is an example of how of IIS talent remains relevant and modern to provide Integrated Intelligence capabilities and services. This environment is fundamentally changing how the IC and DoD operates. Realization of cloud technology goals requires a team with knowledge and expertise. As an Amazon Web Services Partner with more than 50% of our cleared engineering team certified in AWS tools and methodology, IIS is already a viable and sought after partner to deliver solutions that are cloud based as well as provide options for legacy transitions to cloud technology. 8 RAPID TRANSFORMATION OF MISSION The IC is undergoing rapid mission transformation enabled by new technologies and innovative techniques. At the same time, all agencies are under budget pressure to do more with lower levels of funding. Creating communities of interests for collaboration and to share information and utilize the latest big data analytics and IT technology is the goal of many across the community. IIS shares this goal and has the diverse and certified talent to deliver results and outcomes. 9 IIS AT ODNI S ADVANCED CAMPAIGN CELL The Advanced Campaign Cell is an ODNI chartered organization that was signed by the PDDNI and all the Deputy Directors of NGA, NRO, NSA, DIA and CIA May 2014 ACC Charter "The IC ACC develops and applies innovative analytic and collection methods, technology, and tradecraft techniques that integrate multiple intelligence disciplines in support of IC efforts against that hardest problems. The ACC is comprised of government and contractors from NGA, NRO, NSA, DIA, and CIA An example of how ACC has helped NGA with their "big data" issue is ChinaTown (project names are unclassified and do not reveal the mission aspects). This project used a Convolutional Neural Network Machine Learning Algorithm to review millions of data points resulting in a discovery of an unknown piece of information that was missed by analyst for over 10 years - not because they were not working hard, because there was too much data for them to review. The algorithm is still being used by NGA analysts for this problem set Currently, ACC is implementing the use of NGA's STELLAR Hyperion Tool and the Multi-INT Knowledge Graph Pathfinder (MKG-P) to solve hard problems with their IC partners MISSION-DRIVEN SOLUTIONS 9
