Ambiente Autore and Express plus are the applications of FORM suite that allows to create, manage and design all kind of templates (contracts, financial reports, communications, etc.), using advanced features of designing and auto composition. 2 JFORM Document Composition Web Solution jform document composition engine can manage the creation of static and dynamic documents in different output formats: PDF - PDF/A 1b - RTF - TXT - POSTSCRIPT - JSP XML Integration with applications of customer information system is very easy both for online and batch processes, it works using a standard XML communication protocol through the three jform calling methods available: SERVLET WEB SERVICE DIRECT CALL Fillable Forms with advanced controls on the values filled by the users are automatically generated by Ambiente Autore and can be deployed by the customer on web applications and CMS systems for internet and intranet services. Webservices and SQL data source connectors are available to manage input of data in the documents by jform side. Metadata of a filled document can be returned to the system through xml files or by the Form Store feature. Signbox objects and PDF/A 1b output are useful jform facilities for the Paperless processes. PDF/A 1b is the output required for archiving of digitally signed documents. Signbox are standards elements compatible with all the digital and graphometric signature applications. These are in use in the documents as container of signatures details. 5 FORM STORE QUERY FORM This function returns the variables and values gathered throughout the partial and or total document filling, and then stored in a database. This function through a customized SQL query retrieves data and returns the requested information to the document. FORM MAIL SERVICE This function communicates with a SMTP server (Exchange, SMTP Server ecc.) in order to send s. FORM OFF - LINE This function allows an off-line filling of the document and the possibility to upload the XML file afterwards. LOCKS FORM This function allows the filling of the document from multiple users (multi-users) at different times. jform facilities managment - Log activity and Log application The system users are able to access different types of logs which can be configured at trace level and at data tracking level. - Statistic data management This function allows the users to monitor the generated documents by jform, the origin and from where the print has been called and other relative parameters.
