35 Workbook Conversion Summary and Prerequisites Conversion of BEx workbooks Conversion means you can continue to work in the workbook, but it does not necessarily look exactly the same It is not a tool for mass conversion, you simply open and use the workbook in Analysis BEx 3.5 and 7.0 workbooks supported BEx Workbooks need to be stored in BW repository Converts data sources and some important design components, but does not convert everything Log available Note: Analysis has different, incompatible API concepts workbooks with significant customizing need to be adjusted manually Server Prerequisites SAP NetWeaver BW 7.01 SP 11 or higher 2012 SAP AG.
