5 Setting Up a Book File File > New > Book Add files to book file with Add File button or new Add pull-down menu or add files with drag-and drop and Explorer/Finder Chapter numbering and new volume numbering feature Add files pull-down: table of contents, list of figs, tables, etc., index, list of references, index of references Change files names in book file window Change format with new Format pull-down: Page layout (column and line layout page size, pagination) and Document Layout (numbering, change bars, PDF settings, PDF options) Change view options for single files (grid lines, borders, text symbols, etc.) $!
