1 A&E SPECIFICATIONS TeleEye suresight Pro Video Management Solution General Description All equipment and materials used shall be standard components that are regularly manufactured and used in the manufacturer s system. The system software shall support a revolutionary multi-rate video compression algorithm called Multi-Rate Scalable Motion Adaptive Video Coder (SMAC-M) and HD Multi-Rate Scalable Motion Adaptive Video Coder (HD SMAC-M). All systems and components shall have been thoroughly tested and proven in actual use. 1. suresight Pro Information Server (IS) 1.1 IS shall be password protected. 1.2 IS shall support up to 13 concurrent connections from 8 suresight Pro Video Viewer and 5 sitematrix 1.3 IS shall connect MS SQL server to store information. 1.4 IS shall allow user to change port number and displayed language (English, traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and other European Languages) 1.5 IS shall support manual database backup and weekly database backup, in specify backup path. 2. suresight Pro Video Viewer (VV) 2.1 VV shall be password protected. Additionally, the client software shall include the following features:
