2 PanoTek DWC-900 Overview The PanoTek DWC-900 is a new and versatile controller system for display walls requiring up to 9 digital video outputs, each in full HD resolution. Powerful options include multi-port 4K video capture and multi-stream IP decode-encode capability. Based on leading edge Matrox graphics technology and supplied in a stylish, brushed aluminium microtower, the DWC 900 is ideally suited to boardroom and collaborative environments. Visual content from captured video sources, IP video streams, user desktops and local assets can be positioned and scaled anywhere on the entire wall canvas without being constrained by individual screen boundaries. In this respect, PanoTek DWC solutions are demonstrably superior to conventional matrix-style switches and scalers. The DWC-900 is supplied pre-installed with CoScape Control as a standard inclusion. However several editions of VuWall2 software are available to suit a variety of application scenarios. 3 PanoTek DWC-900 Features Seamless Canvas The entire display wall is accessible as one contiguous pixel surface, upon which content can be positioned, scaled and cropped as desired. Mix content from live video capture, IP video streams, local graphics and video files, web and desktop sources. Content is not constrained by individual display panel boundaries. Screen-casting Mirror networked desktop PC content to the shared wall canvas. Apple AirPlay support1: mirror ipad displays direct to the wall canvas over WiFi. Stream Decode & Encode 2 Hardware decode and display multiple H.264 IP streams, including network cameras. Encode captured sources or display wall regions, streaming to LAN with full control of compression profiles. Layout Management Set up multiple, preconfigured arrangements of content (layouts). Schedule or trigger layout changes, or switch layouts on demand. Remote Control 3 Control the display wall from remote desktops and devices using the VuWall desktop and web clients, including mobile devices. Integrate and control from Crestron and AMX 4K Capable Drive up to 6 displays at 4K UHD resolution. Capture multiple channels of 4K content. Bezel & Edge Management Compensate for screen bezels to give the truest presentation of content stretched across multiple screens. Supports edge blending projectors by replicating a configurable band of content at the screen edges.
