1 Support What does the support module show me and what does it mean for my business?
2 What is the Support module? The support module is where you go to get the most comprehensive list of what you ve done in ecomdash to date. It will show: - Shipping Label History - Import Orders History - Sync Inventory History - Listing History - Upload Inventory History - Inventory Export History - Upload Sales Order History - Auto History - Exported File History You can also: - Search across your orders - Generate business reports
3 Shipping Label History Ecomdash will automatically redirect you from the Unshipped Orders section to the Shipping Label History if you are printing shipping labels in bulk. A singular shipping label can be printed from the unshipped orders screen, but is available for reprint on this screen. After you have generated a shipping label, ecomdash will store that label in the Shipping Label History section so that the labels can be easily reprinted.
4 Import Orders History The Import Orders History has the list of all the sales orders ecomdash has imported from your sales channels. It includes date/time of import, the storefront, and a message about the import. The message includes the # of paid-ready to ship orders, # of shipped orders, and # of unpaid orders.
5 Sync Inventory History The Sync Inventory History page shows all inventory syncs with your sales channel that have occurred in ecomdash. The screen shows the date/time of the sync, product name, product SKU, the status of the sync, and a message that displays the response from your sales channel.
6 Listing History The Listing History page will show you the results of created listings on an online marketplace. The Listing History page will show the date/time of the listing, storefront, product name, product SKU, status, modification type(a new listing or modifying a current one), and status message to note the success or failure of the listing.
7 Upload Inventory History There are a variety of ways to add products to inventory in ecomdash. One of the easiest is to upload your inventory using a predefined file format. You can upload your inventory to ecomdash and see your upload history on this screen. It will show you the date/time of the upload, name of the format used, matching SKU action you chose, status, and any relevant messages about the upload.
8 Inventory Export History Inventory Export History is used to download.csv files that were created in the inventory export process. Ecomdash will store these files in history on this page for your review at anytime.
9 Upload Sales Orders History The Upload Sales Orders History is used to view the status of manually imported sales orders into ecomdash. This history page will show the date/time of the import, storefront, status, and message about the import.
10 Auto History Ecomdash has the ability to auto-send s to your customers on your behalf. Whether that s a Thank You! when a sale is completed or a reminder to check out other products, you can customize when the is sent and the products tied to the template. If you decide to take advantage of this feature, you can see the entire history of your sent s in the Auto History section. You can view the date/time the was sent, template used, sales order number, status, and a message about the completion or failure to send to the recipient.
11 Exported File History If you use a separate warehouse to house your inventory, you can send your sales numbers to them by setting up a file format to export. Whenever you export a file, ecomdash adds it to the History page. The Exported File History page will show you the date and time that you sent the file, which warehouse the file is going to, what export file type you used, and some quick links to see your exported file or one of your templates.
12 Search Ecomdash permanently saves all of your sales orders. You have the ability to go back and search for any sales orders that have been pulled into ecomdash. The Search section lets you search for previous sales using a variety of options. You can search by using the marketplace order number, ecomdash order #, or by the name of the person who created the order.
13 Reports Ecomdash has the ability to generate statistical reports over a variety of topics. Within the Reports section, you can generate reports about different aspects of your business. Select the type of report you would like to generate, start date, and end dates. Selecting generate at the bottom of the screen will open the report in a new tab on your browser.
