1 FBL Weekly Sales Report

2 Sales Report Method 1: From Order Tab 1. To check your sales on FBL, you can select the order tab 2

3 Sales Report Method 1: From Order Tab 1 1. Choose Shipped tab 2. Choose Fulfillment by Lazada on fulfillment filter 3. Select the desired date 4. Use Export button to get your data in Excel format 3 2 Do the same thing for Delivered, Cancelled, Failed Delivery and returned FBL orders will not showed up on Pending, Ready to Ship tab FBL orders will automatically show up on Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Failed Delivery and Returned 3

4 Sales Report Method 2: Stock Report Via Sent to the seller s every Monday. Subject: Laporan Status Stok FBL Seller s Name - PERIOD From Till 2/21/2017 2/28/2017 SALES PERFORMANCE SKU Product Name Current Unit Price SOLD This SOLD LAST week 28D MY STOCK IN FBL In transit Inbounded MY RETURNS WH processing Coverage Inventory Age Seller Return Delivered Customer Return Delivered Customer Return in process MY WH LZD Reconciled 4

5 Sales Report Method 2: Stock Report Via (Status Meaning) Our sales reports and inventory movements will be sent every week with explanation: -Dashboard Weekly Sold - The number of items already paid by the customer. Sold Last 28 Days - Total number of items already paid by customers in the last 28 days. Inbounded - The number of items already received by Warehouse Lazada. Warehouse Processing - The number of items that are undergoing quality checks or other internal processes of Warehouse Lazada. Coverage - Estimated number of days of product stock in Gudang Lazada that can meet customers' demand based on sales data. Return - The number of items that are in the process of returning, already in the process of sending to seller, and already accepted by seller. 5

6 Sales Report Method 2: Sales Report Via (Status Definition) Our sales reports and inventory movements will be sent every week with explanation: - Inbound: The total item we received and who has changed the status for the last 7 days, as well as the last status for the item. Received - item is in the warehouse Lazada and ready for sale? Packed - item being dipack to send to customer? Shipped - item already in courier and in process of delivery to customer? Delivered - the item has reached the customer's hand? Returned supplier - item has been returned to seller? Quarantined - the item is in the quarantine area because the item does not match the image and description on the web, or the item is returned by the customer Defective - damaged - items returned by the customer and in the process of follow-up to seller for swap or other decisions Lost - item missing Sold offline - the condition of the goods in the process of investigation because it is not in the inventory? Written off - another status for special case 6

7 Checking Payment Confirmation Step 1/ To check any FBL SKU can be checked in: Product, FBL, Fulfillment Products Set replenishment alerts to remind SKUs that are on certain stock 7

8 Checking Payment Confirmation Step 2/ Download the time range you want Filter shipment type into "own warehouse" Change the Order of the Status Item to delivered Find more information about payments at: 8

9 Checking Payment Confirmation Step 3/3 When will I receive my payment? As of December 2016, you will get a weekly payment cycle. Packages that are delivered to customers from Monday - Sunday will be paid on the next Wednesday. Example: Orders that arrive between December 5th - 11th will be paid on December 14th 9

10 Payment for FBL Fee Next month after the 22nd When will I get charged for my FBL Fee FBL Fee without returned, failed delivery or canceled (only delivered items) will be charged on: The next month, after the 22nd Example: FBL Fee in April, will be charged around May 23 at Seller Center FBL will only charge fees on goods that have been received by the customer (already deducted) 10

11 How to know your Item Return Status 1. To find out the item return status, you can to Consideration returns: Delivery Failed - will return to stock and there is a possibility to become a new order if aging stock less than two months from the date of delivery to warehouse Lazada Cancel order - will return to stock and there is a possibility to return to become a new order if aging stock is less than two months from the start date of delivery to warehouse Lazada FBL return goods will return to partner along with Return goods from Marketplace if valid for return to seller If there is any question or error of QC process by Lazada return team, you can to partnersupport@lazada.co.id with subject "Return Dispute FBL" complete with UID ID and order number (item code from Lazada) Returned items with unsuitable QC results will go through a check-up process for 10 days from the time the is sent Stock Report that we have successfully processed will be sent every Monday 11
