2 MyReSound Welcome to ReSound s latest smart innovation. A digital platform designed to provide a seamless ordering experience. MyReSound provides you access to online ordering for a wide range of ReSound products. Our new platform ensures a smooth, easy to use and reliable ordering system including the ability to order, track, trace and follow up invoices. An ordering system created with you, our customer in mind. MyReSound offers the latest ordering and digital technology, built for purpose, to ensure the best ordering system for you and your team. In this guide, we will show you step by step how to use MyReSound including My, My Profile, My Orders, My, My Warranties, Ordering Spare Parts and Consumables & My Favorites.

4 Profile Register for an account Please note, it is important that the that is registered for MyReSound is that of the business owner or business manager as this is the administrator account set up which includes full information privileges. In an internet browser window open online.gnresound.com.au. Click the hyperlink inside the activation and it will open a new browser where you can now fill in your new log in details in the sign in box. Click the Log In button. If you choose, you can click the Stay logged in button for easy future log in. How to Login If this is your first login please refer to the activation received with a temporary password. Your new password will need to contain an 8 character code. For best account security we suggest you use a mixture of lower case & upper case letters, numbers and non-alphanumeric character. In an internet browser window open online.gnresound.com.au. Sign in to your account online. Your username is your address and the password is your 8 character code you had previously chosen. 7 Support Warranty Favorites Orders Parts Products

5 Profile Forgotten Password Encountering problems with your password? You can easily reset your password using the forgot password feature. Follow the below instructions to see how to reset your password. Reset your password by clicking Forgot Password. Submit your address to receive a reset password . Create a new password by following the instructions and link in the . Please note your password will need to contain an 8 character code. For best account security we suggest you use a mixture of lower case & upper case letters, numbers and non-alphanumeric character. If you receive an error message indicating the entered address cannot be found in the system, please contact Customer Care for further support. My Profile Manage Within Manage, you can add new users and manage access permissions so that your current account balance and invoices due is private to you the account owner. You can also request to add new store locations. Refer to the My section on page for more information. Warranty Favorites Orders Parts Products 8 9 Support

6 Change Password In the event you would like to change your password to enter My ReSound, follow the simple steps below: To change your password, simply click the Change password button. My Enter your current password followed by the new password you would like it updated to. Click Change password and your new password will be updated in your account. Overview Here you can view all your account details along with current account balance, currently due invoices, credit notes and payments as well as account search and filters. You can print invoices and credit notes from My and also download data into Excel. Warranty Favorites Orders Profile Products Parts 0 Support

7 Profile Search You can search through and drill down orders and information within account by searching using filters and keywords. Filters You can search by filters such as type, status and time period. Keywords You can also search by keywords such as serial number or patient name. My Setting up users You can now set up new users under your account for different staff. can have differing access levels ensuring an effective ordering system at your clinic level. Products Parts 4 Print Invoices If you click on the invoice number you can now view and print the relevant invoice. Export Data You can export any data from the system by clicking the excel symbol below search by keywords. Click on My Profile on the top right corner. Click Manage. In Manager, click Add New User. Orders Warranty Favorites Support

8 Profile 4 Complete the contact details form. Please be aware the address has to be unique and can therefore only be used once. Order Products 5 Customer admin will then need to decide which access to functions that user will be granted Select the stores/locations that the user can access. Select the User status that applies (either activated or deactivated). This is also how you deactivate a user that no longer needs access to MyResound. Click Save. Once the user has been created they will appear under Profile Overview. If you have granted store access then users will appear under each store. To add a new store click Add New Store and complete the form. Our team will contact you to set the new location up in MyReSound. How to Order Placing your order on MyReSound is easy. Follow these simple steps: On the home screen to place an order you can click Order Products, use the search bar or click the applicable category image such as hearing aids. Narrow down your order options using the filters such as item type, product family or receiver type. Click the + to expand these options. Simply select Order Now to make your purchase and determine the configuration of your order. 5 Support Warranty Favorites Orders Parts Products

9 4 5 Select the appropriate boxes to configure your order. Boxes containing red text are mandatory fields and an order cannot be completed unless these have been entered. For example, you will need to select a colour. Once the configuration is set, simply select quantity and click Add to Cart. Once added to the cart, you can check and edit the configuration if needed. When ready, select Checkout. Spare Parts & Consumables Profile 6 You will now need to confirm your billing and delivery details. Enter a reference text or purchase order number if necessary and select your shipping address. Press Next to continue. How to order spare parts & consumables MyReSound offers you the ability to order spare parts for a wide range of ReSound products. Parts Products 7 The final step is to confirm your order. Review all the details to ensure you are happy with the order then select Confirm Order. Click on Order Products, use either the search bar or categories to look for the spare part or consumable you are after. Orders 6 8 Your order has now been completed and sent in to ReSound for fulfillment. You can print the order confirmation by clicking the Print button. If you have any queries about your order, please contact our Customer Care team. The spare parts will then show up available online for ordering. Use the filters on the top of the Spare Parts product list on the left. 7 Support Warranty Favorites

10 4 Enter the quantity you are after and click Order Now. My Orders Order date The date where ReSound has registered the order in the system. Profile An Added to Cart pop up will appear. You can now choose to either continue shopping or go to your cart to complete your order. When you have finished shopping select the Cart symbol to complete your order. My Orders Overview Under My Orders all orders received by ReSound are displayed. If you believe you have placed an order and it is not appearing in the system please contact Customer Care. Search Filters Like My, you can search by both Search Filters and Keywords for orders. The search filters can be used to narrow down the search by order type (orders, remake or repair), order status (In progress or shipped), time period (last weeks - last year). If the filters are not used the information displayed are the recent orders. If the order has already shipped is will show as Shipped/Closed and the Track button will be displayed. If the order is still being processed it will show as In Progress and a link to Details will be displayed. Web reference The online order number (0000xxxx). Order number: The orders entered by ReSound (0-xxxxxx). Purchase Number: The external document number field. Patient: If a patient name has been added to the order it will be displayed. Status: Shows the progress of the order (pending, in progress, shipped or closed). 9 Support Warranty Favorites Orders Parts Products

11 Profile Checking Orders If you wish to see the specific details of an order, click on order number and it will open up the details of the order in a new tab. Tracking Orders Once an order has been shipped it can be easily tracked within the system. Click the track button to open tracking. You can now click on the order number and view or print the relevant order. This will take you into the order and display a button Track this shipment. Click this to access the tracking information. Products Parts Toll System A new window will open to Toll s tracking system. It will automatically track your order for you and let you know where in the delivery system it currently is (shipping, delivered etc). Orders Warranty Favorites 0 Support

12 My Favorites Profile How to save an order to favorites MyReSound offers you the ability to save your favorite or commonly ordered products as favorites in the system making repeat ordering easy. Products Create a new order and add this to your cart. When you have finished shopping go to your cart. In this screen you will see an Add to Favorites button. Click this button and it will automatically add this order to your favorites along with any existing saved favorites. Parts Orders Warranty Favorites Support

13 Profile 4 If you wish to remove a favorite, you can simply click the X located on the right corner of the configuration you wish to delete My Warranties 5 Click Checkout to go back to your current order When you next want to use a favourite. These can be found under the star symbol in the search bar. You can select any favorite and a new order will be generated. You will be asked to complete the patient information. Click Edit Configuration and it will show you which fields need to be updated. Once completed, you can then follow the normal order process to submit your delivery details before submitting the order. Warranty Overview You can now access client warranty information for purchases in the system. You can search for a serial number or patient name. The only requirement is that the serial number or patient is connected to the clinic or business. Enter the serial and patient name and click Search Warranty Status The warranty card relating to the serial number or patient will load. It will display the serial number, invoice date, patient name, repair warranty expiry, device model and if the device has been returned / a loss and damage claim has been made.
