1 page 1 Contractpartner Your contract for admission into the " Sept. 18 th 19 th, 2017 in Seibersdorf, as a visitor is with Seibersdorf Labor GmbH, DVR: , 2444 Seibersdorf, Austria, who is also the organizer of the workshop. Access Access to the workshop rooms shall be granted only to persons with a valid pass. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration without giving reasons. All registered participants receive their personal workshop pass at the registration on the Campus Seibersdorf for the duration of the event. Cancellation Cancellation of the registration must be made in writing. Personal Details The attendee consents to the electronic storage of their details for the purposes of producing their workshop pass and sending digital information about the workshop. Furthermore, the attendee agrees to have their name and organization/company displayed in the list of attendees (FN, LN, Company) in print. No other disclosure of personal details to third parties is permitted. Fotos and Videos Upon entering the workshop venue the attendees expressly and gratuitously consent to the publication and use of any foto, sound recording, or video produced during the course of the workshop and featuring any particular attendee. Future Conferences/Workshops I hereby accept to receive information about future conferences, workshops and symposiums by Seibersdorf Labor GmbH. I can withdraw from this acceptance any time. Insurance It is the attendee's responsibility to take out insurance for the duration of the event. The organizer accepts no liability. Exception The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, particularly in the event of cancellation by speakers, and amend the General Terms of Business; such variations shall not give rise to any claim by the attendee for damages. The organizer furthermore reserves the right to cancel the entire event if the number of those registering to attend is too low. Any payments made by that time shall be refunded in full in such a case. No further claim against the organizer may be made.
