2 Meeting Venue The meetings will take place in the Palmeraie Golf Palace. Registration Participation is by invitation only. If you have not already confirmed your attendance then please fill in the attached electronic registration form, and return it to the sender before 1 November Visa requirements All participants traveling from abroad must possess a valid passport (or appropriate travel document) in order to enter Morocco. Further information is available on Participants are responsible for arranging their own visas when required. In order to obtain the visa, participants can present their letter of invitation to the relevant authorities. Please note that the process for obtaining your visa may take up to a month. For further information please contact your nearest Moroccan Embassy or Consulate. Accommodation Participants are responsible for their own hotel arrangements and should contact the hotel directly.
