2 Dear Colleague, We re glad that you re planning to exhibit at the ICMC - Cryptographic Module User Forum This Exhibitor Service Kit will help you to plan and execute your exhibit strategy. We re expecting a great turnout at the conference, so please come prepared to meet with potential clients. Some important information: Exhibitor Registration: Exhibitors receive one (1) full conference registration. Please complete your registration by October 27th, We have provided registration information and your custom discount code in the exhibitor confirmation you received with this kit. Exhibitor Set-up Schedule Exhibitors may set-up their exhibit space on Wednesday, November 19 th between the hours of 12-6pm and Thursday, November 20 th from 7-8am. The exhibit hall will be open to attendees on Thursday, November 20 th from 8am-5:45pm and Friday, November 21 st from 8am-4:15pm. Booths Include: One table top booth space 5 X 30 high table, one chair, and a company ID sign. One complimentary conference registration pass and admission to all conference activities. Inclusion on , web and collateral over 350,000 impressions. Any additional exhibitor needs may be ordered from the service kit. Hotel Accommodations: We have reserved a limited block of rooms at a discount rate of $159 per night at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel, in Rockville, Maryland. Attendees take the guide home and use it year-round as an industry reference. Black and white advertisement space is available. We can work with almost any highresolution PDF file. We prefer to receive files in Adobe s PDF format created from an Adobe application using the PDF/X-1a:2001 specification. Typically, PDF files are created from Postscript files utilizing Adobe Acrobat Distiller, but PDF s created directly from InDesign will work as well. 120 for B&W and 2/c ads, 180% maximum density. 4 AV/Electric The hotel meeting room that will be the exhibit space is equipped with basic electrical outlets. If you have additional electrical needs or would like to rent AV equipment, please see form on page 4 of this kit. Shipping Information If you would like to ship your exhibit materials to the hotel, please be sure they do not arrive prior to Monday, November 17, The hotel does not have a storage room for packages of non-hotel guests.
