1 Release Date: August 15 th, 2015 Summary: elynx is now making available the 3 rd release that continues to support our customers in the transition to TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosures (TRID). Release 15.2 primarily addresses TRID related enhancements, workflow enhancements, as well as new feature development and issue resolution for the existing Expedite service offerings. What s New? Document Generation for Integrated Disclosures When a document is prepared by elynx and placed in the respective package center, the applicable package will reflect a red or yellow warning if the document needs to be reviewed or re generated after errors are resolved. New role has been created under User Roles to allow designated users to override LOS data on the document generation screens
2 Additional indicators on the loan information UI for use in determining fee tolerance levels: 1) Optional Cost Indicator (true/false) 2) Fee Paid to Type (Broker, Investor, Lender, Third Party Provider, Other) 3) Required Provider of Service (true/false) 4) Borrower Chosen Provider Indicator SSPL (true/false) In certain instances, the closing date contained in a MISMO XML file will populate to a slightly different date on the Fee Generation UI. This has been fixed. Expedite Inbox Lender Enhancements Lenders will be able to select multiple documents at a time to allow quick preparation of delivery packages with numerous attachments. For instances when a package is sent for esignature but the borrower decides to print and sign the documents, the loan officers signature will be included on the printed package. Previous default behavior did not include the loan officer signature on print and sign documents. In cases where global consent is configured, all subsequent packages will show the initial global consent date/time. Previously, subsequent packages would show a different date than the original consent date. Updates have been made to the loan audit report to ensure consistency and simplify usability. 2 Page Last Updated: 08/07/2015
3 Borrower Enhancements The Get Help field now includes text which explains that the borrower should contact their financial institution if they have any questions regarding their documents. The text presented to the borrower for receiving paper documents has been changed to state the financial institution will be providing the documents instead of previous bank terminology. The upload request page has been slightly modified to specify Documents Requested and Requested on (date). Previous verbiage was Package Name and Sent. 3 Page Last Updated: 08/07/2015
4 When a borrower returns documents and the upload request shows as 100% complete in the upload status section, the count will be updated accordingly on the To Do list. Previously, the count would not change on the To Do list. 4 Page Last Updated: 08/07/2015
5 Issue Resolutions Reporting will now support multiple senders within one loan workspace and provide accurate history. Previously, when documents were sent to the borrower by more than one person in a workspace, the Inbox admin report would reflect the subsequent sender as be the initiator/sender all packages. When an Admin user updates their home site information, the update is not taking effect and access to the new home site is not granted. This has been resolved and the user will gain access to their new home site. Accounts setup under a site can be mapped to other sites/divisions however, the admin account cannot manage loans under other sites; add document and release package events result in an error. The user can only take functional action under the site which they were created. This has been resolved and the account administrator will be able to access all sites within a service deployment. When an esignature package is sent via the package router and posts successfully and a subsequent package is sent and flagged to stop in Package Center, the second package fails with an error of missing borrower address. This has been resolved. In certain instances, there is a pen image on the next button which is causes the button to not be entirely clickable. This has been fixed and the pen image will behave like the rest of the button. In certain instances, an F5 refresh is causing a blank dashboard to be presented to the borrower. This has been fixed. SSO edelivery consent page is displaying an error message upon first login, even though there is no error and clicking ok will take them to their documents. This has been fixed. When a user with SSO signs into a package they are supposed to land on the document page. If the package has been recalled before the recipient signs in, the user will be displayed a blank page with a dialog box confirming there was an error. This has been fixed and the borrower will be directed to the document when available or taken to the dashboard. 5 Page Last Updated: 08/07/2015
6 Electronic Closing Network (ecn) Lender Enhancements The administrator will have the ability to delete/remove a user through the interface by simply clicking a remove user button in the user information interface. Previously, a data script would have to be run to update the accounts. Lenders will be able to select multiple documents at a time to allow quick preparation of delivery packages with numerous attachments. 6 Page Last Updated: 08/07/2015
7 ecn now requires entry and population of a phone number for the lender / administrator setup to indicate whether they can receive SMS messages and passwords so that Two Step Verification may be enabled. Two Step Verification provides a secure means for users to access loan documents and prevent potential vulnerability of such information. The latest updates will ensure a more protected method to authenticate users upon initial registration and for those users who need to recover their passwords. Configuration Two Step Verification for ecn administrators will require customer specific configuration. All other 15.2 features, enhancements and fixes will be available upon release based on your current licensed services. Known Issues There are no known issues with this release.
