In the case of Team Manager, an intuitive user interface means just that: in most aspects it is actually self-explanatory. The convenient toolbar and clean menu structure accomplish easily accessible programme functionality. Team Manager is fully multilingual. It is currently available in English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Slovenian and Icelandic. Working in one particular language, the other is always only a click away; you do not even have to restart the programme. To output a report in yet another language you may do this without changing the programme language at all. All reports are preformatted and ready to be printed. Paper formats, page margins, number of columns and footer lines can be easily adjusted and custom graphics (e.g. logos) can be included in the printout. Print layouts for entry list, start list and result list can be fully adapted to your requirements by including only the columns you need. All data for one meet, including custom settings, are saved in a single file. Therefore, data transfer between different computers is quick and straightforward. To start with, you can import an event structure from SPLASH/Lenex Meet Invitation file. For swimmers who achieved time standards, entry forms and member lists can be printed. Individual entries can be edited, personal bests being the base for the entry times set. Apart from the possibility to file relay entries, entry times can be calculated based on swimmer s personal bests. Print reports with entry summary, individual swimmers schedule and more, automatically send s with individual swimmers schedule and export electronic entries in multiple formats (SPLASH/Lenex, SDIF, DSV 5). Easily manage individual entries and view personal bests.

5 Team Manager page 5 Results and Reports Being able to quickly and simply view, analyse and output results is a main feature of Team Manager. To find the desired results, various options can be set accordingly and the dataset filtered by several criteria. The resulting list can be output in a variety of ways to meet your specific requirements. Results may be entered either manually or conveniently imported from result files (SPLASH/Lenex, SDIF, DSV 5). Meet Manager ensures that you keep track of your club and age group records and allows you to print rankings using filters for gender, club age and groups. The personal bests of swimmers can be displayed and printed within seconds. Other printouts include meet summary as well as result summary and new personal bests for a select period. Take advantage of the various selection drop-downs to find and view exactly those results you are interested in.
