1 FAQ s 2015 I have heard that there are changes coming to the CDHO Quality Assurance program. Will I be able to get help through your system to understand the new requirements? Yes! We are staying current with all the changes and morphing our system into Quality Assurance Coach. We chose to remain independent so that we could continue our commitment to our peers. We are dedicated to providing exceptional professional development, and guidance with Quality Asssurance requirements. As information is acquired, we will be in contact with our members immediately. There will also be helpful webinars that you can watch at your leisure. There will be a seamless transition from RDH Portfolio Manager to Quality Assurance Coach for our members. We will be in frequent contact so that everyone is comfortable with the changes. Can I still use RDH Portfolio Manager once the CDHO has their new online system? You will be able to submit Forms 6, 7 and 8 using Portfolio Manager for the years You will be required to start entering data in the CDHO system for Can I keep track of my goals and activities on Portfolio Manager? Yes, many RDH s prefer to keep their goals and activities stored on Portfolio Manager. With the visual dashboard on Portfolio Manager, it gives you at a glance where you are with requirements. What is QA Coach all about and when will it be ready? QA Coach is a transition from the existing successful and well loved, RDH Portfolio Manager. Portfolio Manager is now a place where you can store your information; however, you cannot submit your portfolio through this system. If you are submitting this coming January 2016, you will be able to submit Forms 6, 7 and 8 for the years 2013, 2014 through Portfolio Manager.

2 QA Coach will be offering online webinars that will be designed like a workshop, walking you step-bystep through the new SMILE portal by the CDHO. QA Coach is here to help you along the way, to alleviate any angst or anxiety that you may feel. We offer support in various ways. You will have access to our team and coaching through phone or . You will receive support on YOUR SMILE portal system. You will have access to the webinars and past Portfolio Manager webinars, which will give you many hours of QA Activities that you may use toward your portfolio. What is RDH Portfolio Manager? It is an online tool that you may use to store your goals and activities. The system allows you to enter your information easily and organize your goals and activities automatically. At a glance, you can see your compliance with the recommended guidelines, on your own personal dashboard. It literally takes the angst out of the quality assurance program. Instead of trying to compile three years worth of continuing education from your notes, certificates and calendar, the RDH Portfolio Manager lets you enter in each activity as you do it and then easily link it to the goals you have identified and then report to you your overall compliance to the CDHO s requirements. No more trying to remember what you did, when you did it, what you learned and how that learning tied to your goals. Build your portfolio as-you-go! How much does QA Coach cost? The fee is $110 for a yearly subscription. You may choose to pay monthly at $9.99/month. If you are an ODHA Member you may receive a 25% discount. Is RDH Portfolio Manager, MAC compatible? We do have hygienists that use their Mac and Mac internet browser to input, store and review their Portfolio information. Please note however that the site was developed and is fully tested to work on Google Chrome. When using a different internet browser, there may be some graphical issues (i.e. images not loading in the correct location), you may lose material or even some key boarding issues (tab button not forwarding you to the next entry level) that may occur. Please download Google Chrome. It is free! Will I be able to scan in course certificates etc.? Scan and up load anything you want to the site that supports your CE

3 I am having challenges with my password to login to the webinars. What should I do? You will only need to use your user name and password for LIVE webinars. If you forget your password, you can now re-set your account yourself. What if I want to cancel QA Coach? You can cancel anytime. If it is under the one year commitment, you will be Cancelled Pending. How do I change my plan? You must login to your Portfolio Manager. Once in, go to My Account, from there you will see a sub tab called Plan. You will have the option to change your existing plan in there, switch to ODHA, monthly, yearly or cancel. My credit card was charged when I changed my plan. I have already paid for this month, why am I charged again? The system is set up so that your credit card will automatically be charged when you change your plan; however, you will not be charged the next month. Your bill date is extended accordingly. You will not be billed the next month. I am on a yearly plan but I just recently changed my plan to the yearly ODHA plan. How will I get compensated if I am already a subscriber? The months left on your account will be added to your existing subscription. How do I change or update my credit card? In the Portfolio Manager, you must login. Once in, go to My Account, from there you will see a sub tab called Credit card Information. You will be able to update your information in there. If you have signed up through QA Coach, you may update your credit card under your rdhu account.

4 Am I able to submit my portfolio electronically from this website? 2014 will be the last time that you are able to submit the entire portfolio through RDH Portfolio Manager. There will be an area on the new CDHO system that will allow you to upload Forms 6, 7 and 8 for Can I print my receipt for my subscription? Yes, you can. Log in to your account and select My Account from the task bar at the top. Select the choice Get Receipt and from there you will be able to print a copy. I am having challenges with my RDH Portfolio Manager password to login. Who will help? Your temporary password arrives to your automatically after you have completed the registration process. (Please be sure to check your junk mail just in case your spam filters thought the was spam. If the did go into your Junk mail box, please ensure that your settings have been changed to ensure that all future s from rdhportfoliomanager.com are not filtered. Depending on your program, usually you can right-mouse-click on the message and chose the never block the senders domain in the junk mail section). Once you have the auto with the welcome temporary password, our suggestion is to copy the temporary password from the (do not include any spaces or periods at the end in the text you have selected) and then paste it into the login screen. This should allow you to login that first time and change your password to something you can easily remember. Please copy and paste the temporary password in. Do not attempt to type it in. The 0 may look like a o to you, or a 1 may look like an l. If you have already logged in at least once, changed your password, and then forgot it, choose the forgot password option on the login screen. An will be sent with a temporary password and follow the procedure outlined above. My account is inactive. What should I do? Your credit card was not able to be processed. Please go in to your Portfolio Manager, under My Accounts, update credit card and make the changes. It may be the CVC number randomly gets deleted for privacy reasons.

5 How do I change my password? You must login to your Portfolio Manager. Once in, go to My Account, from there you will see a sub tab called Password. You will be able to change your password in there. What if I change my address? You will not be able to change your login address (through Portfolio Manager), even if that address is no longer in use. Please be sure to update your information under Personal Information (Form 1). This will be the that will be used for communication from RDH Portfolio Manager.
