1 Vantiv Merchant Services This job aid is intended for BMO Harris employees to assist with submitting merchant referrals to Vantiv using the Referral Hub. The Referral Hub is mobile ready to accept BMO Harris Bank merchant referrals from any browser. For additional assistance, please contact Partner Assist ( ). User Registration BMO Harris Bank employees are required to complete a one-time user registration prior to submitting merchant referrals using the Referral Hub. Follow these steps to complete user registration: Step # Action Retail Log in to BMO Harris Salesforce.com to find the link to Vantiv s Merchant Services Referral Hub. 2 Click: Sign up here link under the Log In button 2 Bookmark: Complete all fields on the registration page: Note: Entered information will appear on referral and revenue reports. Required fields appear with asterisks. Enter your: 3 Address: BMO Harris First Name Last Name Phone Number: BMO Harris phone number Choose a Password: Enter a password Re-Enter your Password: Same password Employee ID Select your: Group: Line of Business Region Market Branch / Financial Center 2

3 4 Click the Submit button to submit your registration form. Note: You will receive a notification in your BMO Harris Bank inbox upon clicking the Submit button to validate your registration. Enter the Token found in your notification and click the Confirm button. Note: 5 Token will populate on mobile device and require you to click the Confirm button followed by Verify button. 3

4 Qualified Merchant Referral Submission BMO Harris Bank employees must complete a one-time user registration prior to submitting merchant referrals using the Referral Hub. Once the user registration is complete, BMO Harris Bank employees can log in and submit merchant referrals. 5 If registered, enter Log in credentials to include user name and password. Salesforce.com: 2 Siebel CRM Opportunity Homepage: /OnDemand/logon.jsp 3 Click the Log In button to populate the Referral Hub Home Page. Click the Suggest a Referral link on home page to populate merchant referral form. 4 5

6 Complete all fields for the qualified merchant referral on the referral form. Note: Required fields appear with asterisks. Enter merchant s: 5 DBA Name: Doing Business As name Contact First Name Contact Last Name Contact Address Cell Phone Number Address: Physical address City State Zip Code Comments: Any comments you have about the merchant 6 Click the Submit button to submit the lead and route to a dedicated sales representative. Note: You will receive a notification in your BMO Harris Bank inbox upon clicking the Submit button. 6

7 Other Referral Hub Features BMO Harris employees can leverage additional Referral Hub functionality. Additional Content Review, FAQs and Profile modifications Navigate to the Referral Hub Homepage Click any link under Resources to find additional content for review Click Frequently Asked Questions to find common questions and answers Click Edit Profile link in upper right hand corner to populate the Registration form and make changes to your profile and/or password Reviewing submitted referrals Click the My Account link in the upper right hand corner to populate your referral dashboard. Click View Referrals link under Referrals Generated to review your submitted referrals. Lead status will include: Lead Assigned to Vantiv Sales Lead Qualified by Vantiv Sales Lead Won Contract Signed Lead Not Sold 7

8 Password Reset Navigate to the Referral Hub Login Page to reset your password. Note: You will receive a notification in your BMO Harris Bank inbox upon resetting your password. Click Forgot Password link on the Referral Hub Login Page to reset your password. 8
