2 Fus - Creating Administrators & Custom Administrator Roles By default administrators of Fus will have full administrative access and will be considered a Super Admin. Super Admins have the ability to create additional administrators with pre-defined permissions or custom administrative permissions. IMPORTANT: Administrator addresses cannot be a primary address that receives . Example: Jane Smith is the primary account holder and administrator of the account. Jane s primary address is jsmith@agoodcustomer.com. Jane must create an admin credential using a non-active or artificial address. For example, Jane will configure admin1@agoodcustomer.com as her administrator for login and management purposes only. The administrator is not counted towards your actual usage and you will not be charged for the user. Warning: If you configure a live address as the administrator, the live address will not receive mail and you will not be able to login properly to the Fus Administration Console. NOTE: Resellers will have full administrative access over their entire hierarchy of Customers. Customers provided administrative access from their Resellers will only be able to administer their account and will not have any visibility to any other customer account. For a matrix of the multiple administrators and their role please go to page 4. Administrator Login 1. Login URL: 2. Please enter the Administrator credentials provided to you when the account was initially activated. Administrator Dashboard 1. From the Administrator Dashboard select Admins found in the Admin menu of the navigation panel.

3 Admins 1. A list of your current administrators and their role will be listed here. You can add administrators anytime by selecting the green + to the right of your screen. 2. Enter the required fields for the administrator you are creating and select the Role. By default Super Admins will have full administrative access over the account. 3. Press the Save button to confirm. Creating Custom Admin Role 1. Select Permissions from the Admin menu of the navigation panel 2. Enter a description for the Role and select the + symbol. 3. Choose the permissions for the custom role and Save. This Role will now be available to any administrator on this account.
