3 SUBSCRIPTION MAILING SCHEDULE Subscription s for the following sites are sent every Monday and Thursday: Technical Bulletins (TSB) Knowledge Base (KB) Technotes (TN) JunosE Defect (KA) Problem Report (PR) Subscription s for Security Advisories (JSA) are sent on the second Wednesday of each calendar quarter (JAN, APR, JUL, OCT).

4 TYPES OF SUBSCRIPTIONS Site Subscriptions. Subscribe at this level to receive s about new and updated articles associated with. All products Products within a technology segment (i.e. Routers, Security, Switches) Products specific to a Series / Application (i.e. MX Series, Contrail). Article Subscriptions. Subscribe at this level to receive a notice when a specific article is updated.

7 MY SUBSCRIPTIONS Log in to access My Subscriptions Knowledge Base: Problem Report Search:

8 MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTIONS The My Subscriptions page lists all current and expired subscriptions. From here you can Create, Edit, Renew, Opt Out, and Unsubscribe from either site or article subscriptions. Note: All subscriptions expire after 180 days; except Security Advisories and Technical Bulletins never expire. Knowledge Base Problem Report Search
