All applicants will first need to have an approved personal profile on our programme website. Kindly remember to select ISM as the institution you are attached to when you register and please also to enter your ISM ID in the field for identification number. Your ISM ID will be used to verify the validity of your CPSM certificate. Please also make sure that your name is correct entered and that your photo (which will be printed ion the Diploma) is complying with ITC s requirements. Please see Annex for further guidance. 2. A scanned copy of the CPSM certificate should be ed to ipscm@intracen.org 3. Once the validity for your CPSM Certificate has been validated by ITC, you will be invoiced as follows: US$ for the MLS-SCM Diploma US$ for handling and shipment 4. Payments to ITC are to be made via bank transfer. All bank transaction charges for this payment must be borne by the customer. You will receive further details once you are invoiced. 5. Once we receive your payment, ITC will prepare a printed copy of your certificate which will be sent to you by TNT 6. Kindly address any queries you may have to ipscm@intracen.org December 2012

2 ANNEX I Registration process for CPSM Holders wishing to obtain ITC s MLS-SCM Diploma under reciprocity agreement between ITC and ISM The registration is done in a two phased approach: Basic registration Role registration 1.1 Registration Step I Access the LearningNet web page using the below link: Please use Windows Internet Explorer Version 8 or above when accessing LearningNet Click on the register tab on the left hand menu see figure 1 below Figure 1

3 Figure 2 Fill in the required details marked with an * Accept the policy agreement and Click Join MLS-SCM Professional Network as show in figure 2 Figure 3 Once submitted you will receive a notification as shown in the above figure 3 (circled) as well as an notification in the you used to register on LearningNet.

4 Click continue to complete your registration process. Figure 4 Confirm your registration through the notification also sent to your by clicking on the provided link see figure 4 above You will be redirected back to LearningNet page with a pop message confirming your registration figure 5 Figure 5

5 1.2 Registration Step II To continue the registration chose that you are registering as an individual. Figure Register as attached to ISM Click the join an existing institution tab shown in figure 6 above Select that you are attached to ISM

6 Figure 7 Your profile page will then be displayed with the basic registration data you filled in figure 7 Update your photo and all the other mandatory fields which are highlighted with an * Enter your ISM ID in the field identification number. Please note that your ISM ID will be used to verify the validity of your CPSM Certificate Once you complete this, save the profile Your profile will then need to be approved by ITC. 2 Uploading your photo (required for the diploma) 2.1 Upload process for Candidates On my profile click on the Add/Delete photo button Figure 8

7 Figure 8 A pop up screen is displayed click the insert or replace button on the left hand side of the page. See Figure 9 Figure 9 Another pop up screen will appear see figure 10 below to allow you to upload your photo. Click on upload

8 Figure 10 Choose file to upload pop up screen will be displayed. See figure 11 below. Select the photo/logo you would wish to upload. Figure 11

9 Figure 12 To select the photo either double, click on the image that was selected or right click on the image and chose Select as shown in figure 13 below Figure 13 Once you close the upload window the image should appear above the Insert /replace button. See figure 14 below

Please note that the requirements for the photo are as follows: The image must contain the full face, neck, and shoulders of the applicant in frontal view with a neutral background All facial features must be visible and unobstructed. No extraneous objects, additional people, parts of the body below the applicant's shoulders, or other artifacts. The image must be from a recent (within 6 months) digital photo of the user. No sunglasses or other items that obscure the face. Hats or head coverings are only allowed if worn for religious reasons AND if they do not obscure any facial features. It must be in JPEG format. To adjust the picture kindly find below few tips which might be helpful for you: Edit the image with Microsoft Office picture manager Click on the edit button Select the CROP option. Drag the black lines to crop of all the white parts and leave only the photo After which save the image and upload to LearningNet
