You can configure your Lotem 400 Quantum as either semi or fully automatic. semi-automation is a convenient method for uninterrupted production as one plate is imaged, another is placed on standby for automatic loading. Full automation is available with a single-cassette unit, or a Multi- Cassette Unit, which stores over 150 plates in three cassettes for hours of unattended operation. The correct plate size is selected according to predefined job parameters. Each plate is automatically loaded, the slipsheet removed, and the plate is punched for precise registration. Imaged plates can be unloaded onto an optional inline processor. The cassettes can be reloaded while the machine is running, without interrupting operation.
